Continuing my walk from Scotland to Cornwall I find myself amongst the hills of North Wales. Snowdonia national park represents a huge challenge with endless peaks to ascend. I decide to take this challenge head on and follow the Cambrian Way over many of the tallest peaks. I also summit my third peak, ticking off the tallest mountain in Scotland, England and now Wales. What a brilliant week of mountains, wild camping and even a bothy.

Shocked to hear you like mountains, would never have guessed from your previous videos 🤣
You’re a legend, Tom. We are just 5 mins in to this episode, but want to say how impressed we are at how you have embraced this project. You’re always so chipper (on camera!) despite the weather & challenges. You’re an inspiration, dude. Keep it up. Loving the channel. x
Tom mate, this is your best upload yet. This episode in my opinion had everything. You literally come alive in the mountains, I get it and know the feeling well. How you manage to get all that content into 25 minutes I have no idea.
Must admit, I really enjoy Toms solo adventures. Hes a calm, thoughtful but entertaining soul.

@@LostInTransitI don't think tgrx1901 was intending to insult you Izzy. 😮😢🤗😱
When I was 25, I walked from John O’Groats to Dover because I fancied walking the whole of the east coast. Now I am 67 I look back on that as one of the best things I ever did. Take your time and enjoy it.
Congratulations Tom, we are in awe of what you are accomplishing, we love how you make us feel like we are with you, as you describe your day, how you are feeling and the history abd the facts of the area. Honestly, you need to be recognised in a bigger way, for what you are doing, well done, you are a trooper 😊
The hills are so atmospheric (no pun intended) when the clouds roll across, but then, when the clouds clear, the views are breathtaking. As you say, it's "the land of myth and legend" Truly epic video, Tom 👏👏👏
Well you did say this week would be in honour of Welsh mountains and you did not let me down. So glad you got your dry, sunny day even if it wasn't for Snowdon!!! I was waiting for the dragons to reveal themselves to you through the rolling mist. Thank you, yet again, you leave me wanting more.......💕👍
Your voice is prose-poetry, detailed and inspirational both.
Awh Tom I am sure I can say we, your followers, enjoy all your videos and the effort you put in, to make them so interesting. Take care from Rosemary in Belfast 😊
Tom this is a great vlog. You are both so talented and lovely to watch. Miss your vlogs though as it’s been a while ❤
Thank you! I love being able to see your travels, and live vicariously through your lens!😊 believe me, when you are 60odd years old, you will look back on these days( captured forever) with joy! X 😊
Good afternoon Tom it really looks like a great week for you the hard trail challenge was a good idea glad your meeting up with Izzy again can’t wait I see the joy of the appreciation of your experience and accomplishment on your face well done stay safe see ya soon 😘🌸🌺🌿
Best one yet! Great job with drone shots, and everything included ofc!!
How is that a bothy? Thats my dream house, in the middle of a forest away from everything. Tom you're doing fantastic and we're enjoying following you along the way, it's great you now have Izzy to keep you company for the final legs of your jouney. Keep up the awsome content.
so much happiness in one film... you are a mountain goat at heart!!
Loving this series and looking forward to seeing Issy again. Safe travels. Peace.
Pound for pound (except for the sheep), Snowden looks almost exactly like the top of Mt. Washington in New Hampshire. Both mountains have trains that go up them, both have a snack bar at the top and yes, both have horrendous weather.
That bridge looks like there should have been a troll lurking underneath 😂 Amazing views as always 😍👍
Thank you for showing us the beauty!
So inspiring, can’t wait for the next one.
Brilliant tom love the mountains
Hey Tom and Izzy, getting concerned here 'cos not heard from you last week, hope all is well with you both and its just a technical issue. Take care and stay well, xx
I love that you are taking your time. Excellent job. Thanks again.
Absolutely love your journey Tom and the epic photography along the way. The stone bothy at the end was so nice also. Good luck to you and Isobel
That was incredible Tom. Stunning in every aspect, a cracking episode 👍
Absolutely loving watching you on this adventure. You seems so natural and give such brilliant descriptions.
Fabulous landscape. You're really enjoying yourself, Tom.👍😊
Super video! You’ve really come alive since you started walking and lovely to witness the transformation. Good luck on the remaining journey and can’t wait to catch up on your travels when you’re done.

The only time I was up Snowdon was misty too. But the views you have had elsewhere are stunning. Wales every bit as lovely as anywhere in the UK. At this point I will confess to Welsh ancestry 😊...
Thanks Tom for posting your adventures 👌❤️ Really enjoyed your courage & wonderful video skills. 🙌🙌
Nice one Tom you can tell by the unload how much you enjoyed it keep on walking take care 🦶🏼
Brilliant video as always Tom 👏 Thanks for sharing.
Best of luck with your travels as always & take care 👍👍👍
Superb video Tom...well done on your journey through Snowdonia...even though the weather was bad at times..great drone footage...Best wishes and many thanks
Tom thank you for anther amazing video. Conjures up memories from my trips into the mountains when I was your age 😅in Wales and Scotland.
A great walk and all inspiring keep up the great effort ….
Another amazing video Tom. Thank you 👍
Loved this one Tom. So many memories. You took a shot coming down from Stwylan dam looking down on the cottage my parents bought in 1959. Was my childhood playground in those mountains. You're a Trojan, love your energy 👍🍺
This episode was stunning, what a scenery and atmosphere! Outstanding presentation 🔥🔥
Your doing a cracking job, well done Fella 👍🏻
Lovely to see the comments so full of superlatives. Epic, Tom, epic.

Come on, admit it, Snowdonia is your favourite part of the walk. 😊 can't believe I've got to wait now to see you explore the South which is my stomping ground.
15:09 Tom this has been amazing to watch could watch you all day safe travels 🤗🤗
Epic route, epic coffee stops, unbelievable stamina
Brilliant Tom 😊
Impressively good job when filming too.
You're very brave Tom. Class vlog and looking forward to seeing Isabel again.
great landscape
Fantastic video Tom all the best 🍀👏👍👍
Brilliant Tom. This is one of the best yet. Definitely better than mainstream TV travel programmes. Shame we've got to wait until the end for the next one but completely understand. Let us know when you'll be passing through North Devon. Try & look out for you if we know a route & rough timings.
Tom all that walking has exhausted me and I didn’t do any. A great 👍 video look forward to your next one with Issy ❤.
My goodness Tom, great video, I done a bit of Wales but you are definitely “off piste.” It’s hard going as well, hope you meet your target which is very ambitious. Good luck, cheers, Mike🍷🍷
I'm convinced that rucksack is getting bigger! I was thinking about the challenges you set yourselves, and wondered if you'd considered a slightly smaller one...the Isle of Man 🇮🇲 😊
Wat een mooie tocht. Ook met de lage bewolking is het mooi.
Tom, you LEG🦵 END! Loving this series mate 👍
Wales is absolutely beautiful Tom ❤ the island of Bute has a road that is twisty like a snake, its called the Serpentine. ❤
What’s in your travel bags… what weight do u carry, how do u pack and what can’t you travel without 😊?? Great shots Tom… Love that you’ve covered so much ground - on your own. You’ve been on a real quest and not a PlayStation in sight. Real adventure!

Will have to do a video all about it when I get back, I have no idea what my pack weight is, but it is certainly too much
Half expected you to open the door of the outside loo and find someone sitting there lol. Great video, amazing scenery.
Epic Tom.
What an amazing journey you are on! Loving this series of videos you are making, thank you. How do you decide on your route?
Epic video Tom.... Thumb up from me...
Still loving the videos Tom, and especially this one as I know North Wales better than your Scottish route. We get so much energy from your love of the landscape! 🙂
love it.
Tom we went up on that Snowdonia train when we were little’uns! Proud of ya xxxx

Actually I didn’t come on that holiday 😔
look forward to seeing your next video ..... I have a fear of heights no way would I walk some of those steeper parts, lovely to watch you doing it though even though sometimes I cringe when you show steep drops
Keep going Tom;;
What a shame the coffee shop didn't open until 10am, it's like Hobsons Choice those situations 😀 You're making cracking progress and some more lovely sights, what an amazing experience. All the best, David & Rachel 👍
Dang, tough to wait three weeks but nice goal and the wedding will be fun!!
I really need to go back to Wales and explore it more.
Brilliant!
New drinking game… whenever Tom says ‘Landscape’ in a vid, you have to take a shot! 😂 Another top quality vlog matey. Nice to see the VIP too at the end! Keep it going 👍🏻🤙🏻
3 weeks lol I'm missing your energy already, awesome journey fella
Hope all is well, missing your updates
Excellent video and marvelous scenery. Looking forward to your next one with both of you guys. Just curious, do you ever use a walking stick or poles when traversing trails? Thanks again for your work.
Epic stuff Tom! I think up you need a coffee sponsor!😁
So much content crammed in in 30 minutes, forget the goal of 17 miles per day, for a wedding! just be safe and the viewer's need you more :) you have ploughed through, well done, an immense achievement, I know as I am riddled with re occurring injuries, preventing me to be able to hike long distance anymore :( stay injury free!
Where are you Tom? ..looking forward to your next video hope all's well ?
"The silence is so loud". Took my breath away! Seriously? 17 miles a day? Yikes!
Are you sure you only walking from John o’Groats to Land’s End once. All the walking back and forward for the camera looks like you doing it twice😮😅😂 enjoy. Reminds me of a song I would walk 500 miles and I would walk 500 more to be the man who collapses at your door’ well something like that. 😊
What's happening Tom ? I hope you both are ok. Looking forward to the next installment of your journey.
Great imagery with magnificent landscapes; wondering how your legs are holding up - looks like you have different footwear on ... good stuff, keep on trekking!
Top man 👍😀🚶🏽♂️

Waiting all day for the video and boy it is definitely worth the wait and is so interesting I will be looking at it again so as always take care and stay safe 👍🏻🇮🇪☘️
Merci👍😊
Forget the wedding, not important. What your doing? Is really fantastic take your time do loads of recording you probably only do something like this once in your lifetime good memories for the rest of your life.
Ah you're in my back garden Tom. You really appreciated the best part of Wales... Remember how it felt walking through the landscape as you make your way to boggy mid-Wales.
💜
Can't wait for the next video. I just want to listen to...I would walk 500 miles, and I would walk 500 more...😁🤣😁🤣
I love the vlogs, Tom. The scenery is out of this world. One question is, how do you charge your camera and drone? I can't see a solar panel strapped to your rucksack 🤣
@LostInTransit
9 ай бұрын
It’s difficult. I have 4 batteries for the drone and camera and 2x30,000mah battery packs. This lasts me about a week and a half to two weeks, when I stay in a campsite or Airbnb for a couple nights to charge everything up and edit

So, matey. What is the most beautiful country so far ? Sorry, but must ask..... ✌😊
Hi Tom , we are loving this series (and previous ones too!). What a great adventure. Just one thing is confusing us. You keep referring to "we" when it appears you're on your own and at about 3:17 into this video, someone else is filming you on the cantilever stone. Who is this mystery person?!!
