    Thinner cuts are better the few times ive tried this they rehydrate a little faster

    Please consider adding information about shiitake mushroom rash. I discovered this in my own efforts to make homemade gluten-free dehydrated meals. I'm not sure if it was lack of time/temperature, or the small sliver of dehydrated shiitake I ate off of my cutting board. ...it definitely was unpleasant, assuming that is what it was. Please consider reading about the rash and adding cautionary words on this to your video.

    It's an extra step. But it's not necessarily heavier or bulkier. And the results are amazing!

    It looks like it on the video, but its actually not . They show you everything you can take but it packs down to your Ramen pack and a zip lock bag of veggies that you want. Inside the bag you can thro in some small packets of sauce from a restaurant. If you already have jerky just throw that in the pot while its boiling. Should be fun to make and everyone else will be wishing they had some lol
