    Well, if you click on the link in the description, the title includes “Ultralight” in it. So you might also have a different definition than the Marchway brand too! But hey beats hauling up a 20 lb foldable cot!

    do you still need an insulation mat to keep the cold ground from making you cold over night ? i use hammocks and we need to insulate us from the ground with underquilts or sleeping matts

    I usually have my sleeping bag act as the insulator beneath me. Which keeps me warm underneath me at night. So I guess depending on the type of sleeping bag you have depends on how well you are insulated underneath you. Although, using some type of mat underneath the cot is not a bad idea!
