Thank you for a good video I was wondering is it possible to restore a backup from the physical server i.e. the command line? Since I had been, apparently making MS mistake while passing through a drive to a VM proxmox host no longer have Internet access

if I set raid1 then why i require backup please tell me i am waiting for your reply

As a rule of thumb, RAID shouldn't be considered a backup, rather a data redundancy plan. For instance, if your machine gets hit with crypto-locker type malware, regardless of how redundant your array, all data will be lost. the same can be said for is the machine itself is physically damaged through fire or electricity (I've had this happen before). Not to mention that drives in an array can fail redundantly as well, especially in RAID 1. Having a good, offline backup of your data is key to keeping it safe.
