@@Digginok Cool to see you use the old hot rod Lincoln AC. Lol you had it over 200 amps at first then turned it down to 150 please don't tell me that was a 1/8 6011. You wasn't welding you were cutting. That is a good machine will run 7018 very well for AC. Pull the cover on it and blow out 40 years of "FINICKY" and it will work fine Frank.

@@AWDJRforKZread yep 6011 1/8”. If you look close it was on fire. It’s been a while since I used the Lincoln, I gotta turn her down! I have used it for some fab work with ac 7018, works pretty well, but I still prefer the old sa 200

I had the same issue with the bobcat dealer in Wenatchee, Washington, and I have not done business with them in about the last five or six years and probably never will, I called the dealer out of Spokane. He didn’t have the part. I need either, but he was glad to give me the part number so I could keep looking, I couldn’t find the part elsewhere, so I called the guy back in Spokane and ordered it, they have been a real good outfit to deal with .

I'm with you on the dealership thing Mr. Frank. Our Bobcat dealer didn't have the part I needed, would be 3 or 4 weeks to get it, and was about $2500. I called ConEquip and they looked it up for me, had it to me in a week, charged me $1700, and shipped it to my house. They even called me back about a week after I got the part to make sure I was happy. Can't ask for much better than that. You would think the dealership would understand that parts can be bought in a variety of places and, most of the time, a little cheaper, and they should do everything they can to keep local customers happy.

Thats nothing. With the new 2nd hydro trasmision line going though my farm my livestock forest for winter storms that they been using over 40 years will be gone. So they are paying to build 2 3 sided barn shelters being I never needed anything but my boom truck to feed 1200lb hay bales. So to clean an bed these shelters they going to pay for a machine an attachments I got a price from the Bobcat dealer for a T770 with a grapple bucket. Hay spear. Big max Bobcat snow plow with push box. 2 buckets one with teeth one with bolt on cutting edge. 12" post auger. An being my legs are bad I need hand controls. I got the price gave to Hydro but it says on it. 8 to 12 months lead time after order placed due to shortage of parts on assembly line. I hate Kubota but had to get 2 prices. So got one same size an same attachment. It also said 10 to 13 month lead time after order place due to parts shortages.

Don't mater what its for or how big or small it is they have it an a far better made

Great job Frank, not sure what I like better, that inside puller or the "Oklahoma slide hammer". Just looked out in the junk pile and behold, a sledge hammer head looking for a new job. You know what I have in mind for it. Thanks for the great idea.

I want to support my local dealer more than someone online, they live where I do and are almost neighbors, but they make it impossible to do! You think it should cost $100 then it is $300 plus $50 shipping for regular ground that won't ship to you. I still have to go to dealership to pickup. If they would spend 5 mins on google they could find a price that is close to internet they could sell it for. I would rather make 20% on something as opposed to 200% on nothing. My local Case dealer closed recently, wonder why? Thanks for the videos Frank! Old man years ago showed me the weld a bead inside the race/bushing to get it out trick. I have told 100+ people since. Glad you are sharing the knowledge.

💯 I would have given the dealer the opportunity for the sale, I was only wanting to cross his part number with what I thought I needed. A good parts man will FIND the part and put it in your hand. Sadly they have a company policy that won’t allow them to be of actual help. It’s really part of being self employed, always some problem to overcome. I’ve been at it since 1999 , from 1973 Kenworth parts to my 1976 Td8e. Find the problem, find the solution. Take care of those who take care of you,. As for those who don’t help? Well we know who not to bother next time. 😂 the funny thing is the dealer could have got the part from case 1 mile down the road, I would have paid the extra money to him, oh well his loss! I support those who actually support me. I am appreciative of the nice parts website new holland has. And thanks for watching!

Done the same job on my 95, only I had to pull the diff out and send the bare axle housing off to be repaired on the swivel ends, lack of maintenance from previous owners caused the housing much dammage to the point there was no bottom king pin bush left in there, I guess it shattered and fell out. I got my parts from a backhoe wrecker that deals with carraro, the hardest part of the job was replacing the uni-joints in the double cardan joint(If you have done them in this machine you'll know The pain) . So keep them greased and check the play in the pins now and then. Good job Frank.

Same thing happened me some months ago when I bought a new car,,The dealer never bothered to tell me that every time the service light comes on I had to bring it back to the dealership to have it turned off with the dealer level scanner,,They wanted 100 euro and to do a full service on the car that cost 300 euro just to turn the light on the dash off,,They wouldn't turn the light off unless I got the full service,,even tho I had just serviced it myself,,Turns out there are only 4 off brand scanners that would turn this light off,,So 800 euro later I turned it off myself,,A compleat scam,,Thing is I bought 2 cars from them before,,They just lost a 30.000 euro sale on the next car I would have got from them all for 60 seconds to plug a scanner in and turn off a light,,,Talk about bad buissness ethics ..
