If no one has suggested this, take a picture of the finished product so you won’t forget where EVERYTHING goes and how if fit together!! Hang the picture in a dollar tree frame and BOOM easy put back!! I hang a picture in each of my centers in my Pre-K classroom and they know where to put everything!!! Never have to clean up for anyone!!😁😁😁

It looks like you can utilize some simple bike hanging hardware for the ceiling or wall for the adult bikes and get even more room for your shed.

They were perfect for all of the yard games, especially the inflatable pool and the slip & slide!

Megan, you guys did a great make over. I would recommend putting the paints on the bottom shelf in case the cans got a hole or something this way it would not ruin what you have on the shelves below. God bless you and your family.🤗

@@lovinglifeasmegan Yes Megan from the extreme heat or cold the cans of paint can pop with expansion causing creases to form in them as well as Tiny pin holes that you will not see until there's a mess on the floor I have learned from. experience.

Such a amazing transformation! One idea that you may want to think about is securing the paint shelf to the wall. With kiddos being in and out of the shed that would be dangerous if the shelf fell with all those heavy things.

You and Derek = teamwork makes the dream work 😍 Your shed looks so good!!! I wish I had one exclusively for outdoor tools and DIY so I'm jealous lol! if you haven't looked up your local waste management info yet, some of the stuff that didn't make the cut can be disposed of differently than regular trash. Like paint/chemicals/cleaners (even dried up) is one category, batteries is another, and this one surprised me when I was doing my clean out: electronics. I had no idea that there are specific recycling centers just for electronics! I love Shira Gill's book, Minimalista, where she gives good suggestions for where unwanted stuff should be distributed. Even prescriptions and over the counter drugs have their own category! Did you know that in Japan they have extremely specific regular trash disposal types? They're all picked up by individual trash trucks per category: paper/cardboard, cans, glass, yard, and true waste that can't be composted. To make it even more confusing, they're not all collected on the same day lol which would confuse the crap outta me. Like on't mind me having 4/5 large waste containers in my kitchen 🙃you both did an amazing job and I'm looking forward to your next vid!!!

They make an additive to put in the paint that will turn it into a solid.

We just got some powder stuff from lowes to add to paint to cause it to dry up. You could get bike racks and hang those from the ceiling for more floor space.

A little jelly (jealous), I just got married and moved into my “hubby’s house, (a Fraternity house)😂. Bought new shelving unit to put my holiday decorations on in a huge shed we had in the backyard. Secured it really well, but apparently not good enough for that d*** Hurricane that hit us in GA~ All, well, majority of it was lost with a giant pecan tree falling right down the middle of it😢. But, $🌲. Will be visited 😉

What?

We don’t have storage in our house either. We have a shed also. I don’t think it’s as big as yours. It’s my husband’s problem. We only have totes and tools in ours. It might hold more if we got some shelves. We did put in some rubber flooring tiles. I got those from Amazon. My husband says he’s going to clean it out soon. I have clothes I want to go through out there. I know it will be kind of stinky. We have a fan hooked up that’s solar. Because it gets so hot where we live. We also use our office for storage. I’m going to get it organized soon. I bought some shelves to put in it. It’s the smallest room, in our house, and it’s packed. Both of us have stuff in there. Plus, there’s a chest of drawers, gun cabinet and a big desk for our laptop. Which we don’t use. We both have iPads. And they re convenient. Our laptop was on Airplane Mode. My husband called a place and the guy told him there’s a small switch in the front. And that fixed it. I think I’m going to start looking for a smaller desk. That would give us a little room. We don’t even have outdoor decor. You can barely see our house right now from the street. We still have huge trees they had to knock down for our house and the rest is weeds. And I like it that way. My husband bought a deck box, from somewhere, for a pump and hoses he keeps behind our water tank. We’ve been in our house for three years now and can’t get anyone to come and drill a well for us. So we have a huge black tank. And two smaller tanks my husband bought to put extra water in. We spend a lot of money to get our water delivered. You did an amazing job. That’s a nice lawn mower. If I ever move and get some land with grass we will have something like that.
