LOL 'I chased genuinely being likeable to now, (...) I don't need to be liked by anybody' Trav's villain arc is doubling down demanding respect by people who can read the writing on the wall. Trav, you used to be GENUINELY likeable just being you. Getting cut from the FED and blaming it on this, that and the other while not being able to identify the one constant in every situation that is you. Your delusional grandeur of yourself has made you unlikeable. I still watch, I still support, I still look forward to every video, I still WANT you to succeed.

Trav is a narcisit. I dont know where he gets his sense of entitlement. Just look at the pictures and videos he posts. He sees himself as a legit pro goalie. He his in fact horrible. In 6 years he hasnt even started 20 games. Hes got awefull stats and he talks like he knows everything. The co host of his podcast doesnt help his delusions either. Pumps his tires left and right and doesnt know anything about hockey. I also garante that Travis is disliked by his teamates

Ok, so the full on grifting has started since the “Pro” hockey didn’t work out, the sleezy comments about women are also brutal since you “Define” yourself as a man of character, you have nothing without KZread, the well is drying up and that is all you care about, clicks and making money off of sympathetic people is exactly what Defines you

You’re just not a good goalie period, stop telling yourself your an FPHL level goalie, you cant go from never playing high level hockey to a semi professional level, you only got where you did because of the social media background you have. Simple as that.

So I’m trying not to sound like a dick or negative but with you not having a team why not find a beer league team to play with until you get a team that away your still playing regularly and staying warm and getting more net time as well. I know a lot of guys I play with used to play professional hockey and that’s what they did so they wouldn’t get out of sink with their playing regiment.

  • @goaliemtw6909

I've always wondered if the reason is that he worries if he plays beer league then it could become evident that he is a beer league level goalie. He currently can state he is better than that because he has had a handful of poor performances at a semi-pro level and the average person can't compare how a goalie who gets lit up in low level semi-pro would compare to beer league. If he plays beer league his critics can be proven right. Same reason that he won't play against the pro women after claiming he is at their level (even after they offered to take him up on that challenge).

Nice video. Keep on working on your butterfly save form. In this video, sometimes, you kept the five hole closed, and other times, it was open. When you play at a higher level, you are going to face shooters who will expose your weaknesses. Guys hanging out near the crease will try to shoot shots, deflections and rebounds into your five hole. Hope you can find more pick-up games to face more game-like situation shots.

Keep it going with them videos and if you want to be a valuable pro goalie, work on closing that 5 hole, and again I believe Pasco told you not to shave your stick just because some pro guy does it, I think you should listen to him. Good that you’re taking therapy, but if owning a car, having a girlfriend and a place to live are screwing with your mind…sort that therapy is not working Have a good one, I hope the new year brings joy and happiness 🤜🏼🤛🏼 Dude ten bucks for a card…you have to be kidding us right? 😂😂😂

Well in my opinion you are defined with hockey cause of your journey. Your adds and what you have be able to do getting to play “pro” hockey . It’s not a bad day at the end of the day you get to say you’ve got to play a lot higher then a lot of people , that’s facts ! Now you can focus on your culinary career or use your fame while it’s still warm and sell homes or cars . And keep doing the hockey stuff while playing senior locally or even beer league . Still alot of decent leagues and players out there just not pro .

Pulling for you to succeed and always tuning in to watch. I never comment, and not saying I have the answers but I see a lot of focus in your videos on bulking (high protein/calorie diet) and heavy weight lifting and not enough focus on plyometrics, cardio and cutting (caloric deficit to lose weight). Your size is a huge advantage but your weight and slowness is not. You would gain so much if you lean out and focus more on speed and agility. Mix in some skip rope, agility ladder drills and plyometrics, also never underestimate the benefit of long distance running.

I don't know how your 'ok' with never having money and/ or a career? Where and when does this end? You are wasting valuable years of your life that you could be using towards a 'career' (whatever that may be), by being a 3rd string goalie making $100 a week and living out of a basement. IDK man....just not the route I would go (even loving hockey). Time to move on....just my opinion.

When someone repeatedly tells you how “happy” they are….Don’t believe them, it’s rarely true. Haha By all metrics except KZread subs, this guy is failing at ALL aspects of life LOL. Yeh, I’m sure he’s super happy. Driving his moms car….

I’ll start by saying I would classify myself as a hater on you Trav. I personally think after casually watching your content for over 4 years that the writing as long been on the wall that teams use you for the publicity aspect and personally I don’t think you’ve grown as a player in that time. I still am baffled at how many goals get let in at your size and with as much coaching you’ve gotten. With all that being said, I hope your journey continues. I turned down junior offers and some D-3 offers far away from home and hung up my skates the day I turned 18 because I was told it’s better to start college where it was gonna be paid for academically than pursuing hockey. I’ve regretted it for the last decade. So seeing someone continuing to plug away at the dream, I can respect.

Honestly … I respect you. Seriously! Because life is/should be all about the quest for happiness…. But. I think a lot of viewers just want to hear the transparency from you every now and again. The truth. Truth being your cameras/channel/antics have affected your success man. Because you are a “good” goaltender. This KZread has inhibited your hockey success undoubtedly IMO.

Hockey, or any single activity, doesn't define a person. Its the reasons behind doing those things that really help to define a person. For example, if you dream of playing professional hockey and you are putting relentless effort into getting better and achieve that dream then that certainly contributes to defining you as a person. But if you are doing all of this to gloat that you "played professional hockey" over other peoples heads then that certainly contribute to defining you in more of a negative light. And this logic pretty much applies to anyone and any activity that they may do.

  • @linuxlifer

And just to confirm, I am not saying you are doing the negative side. Just showing how it could contribute to defining a person in both a positive and negative way.

Trash about teams you've played for. or just Bringing up bad things that happen when you're on. Those teams is a bad idea. It makes you look like a sore loser.
