Just a time saving tip...I mix all the stuff for my brekkie burritos into one large bowl and use a 1/2 cup measuring cup to fill the tortillas in one go.

You should wrap your breakfast burritos/sandwhiches in parchment paper. It can go from freezer to microwave and no having to get other materials off. Simple!

My almost 8 yr old grandaughter lives with me and she loves cooking breakfast (almost by herself). Today she was practicing cracking the eggs by herself. She has been helping me in the kitchen since she was a toddler...she started washing dishes and now she is cooking !! So it is great to get the kids helping in the kitchen!

That's so great! My mom didn't do well teaching me to cook...she was too much of a perfectionist. I learned from friends and on my own as an adult. My daughter has been helping cook since she was 2. She is now 15, and can cook pretty much as well as me. Letting them "help" from a young age pays off! My daughter was actually more of a help than hindrance by about 7 or 8. She starting getting her own snacks around age 2. She was good about asking first for what she needed to ask for.

I just made a batch of breakfast burritos. I used eggs, cheese, turkey sausage crumbles in the mix. Then when I assembled them, I added picante sauce and a bit more cheese. I wrapped mine in foil then put into the freezer. When i heated it, removed the foil, then wrapped the burrito in paper towels for about 2 minutes. They were delish. The extra cheese and picante sauce added moisture as they have a tendency to dry out.

We eat our burritos at home so I assemble and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Then I place the cookie sheet with all the burritos in the freezer for about 6 hours or so. Then I just put the burritos in a gallon sized freezer bag all together and they don't stick to each other.

I dice several onions and then store in a quart baggie in the refrigerator to use all week for several recipes. Just knowing I have diced onions motivates me to make something delicious. Once when we were going on vacation, I chopped up onions, peppers, and carrots and froze the. Because they wouldn’t be good when we returned. That worked well.

I had a bunch of onions that I was worried wouldn’t get used up so I diced them and froze them. They work so well! Even in fresh recipes like pasta or potato salad. I won’t go back to chopping fresh onion every.single.time. I need it!

Great idea to put a grocery bag in the garbage bowl so that you can just tie it up and throw away. This is what I call smart and lazy. Smart because you can easily throw it away and lazy because you don’t have to wash the bowl. Since I only have a refrigerator/freezer, I usually only put leftovers in the freezer, like Taco Soup and red gravy. Once I made a meat loaf and cooked half and put the other half in the freezer. I think I will make up a few crock pot bags. It’s just me and hubby and a separate freezer is no longer needed. When our children were home, we had an extra freezer. Now, we make due with the freezer in our refrigerator.

I do something similar with the breakfast burritos, except i go ahead and wrap them in a papertowel then wrap with cling wrap and stick in a zippy bag. It keeps the cling wrap from sticking and if there's any moisture from the bag it catches in the papertowel and sort of steams the burrito when it cooks.

Best part is dollar tree is selling parchment paper. I use a square of the paper and roll on the diangle (hope that is the right word). Example how restaurants roll thieves. Love watching

On our last Costco haul be bought Kirkland Seasoned Roast Beef and really liked it. Sorry on your little finger. I did another finger in a different way, and kept putting a bandaid over the nail, can not say if it did any good, but it helped to do work with it on, but not much for the pain. Love this meal planning video. We love cinnamon, splash of vanilla and a splash of sweet Italian cream coffee creamer. I know sounds odd, but delicious. I'll try adding nutmeg next time, sounds good. I love having cooked ground Turkey or sausage on hand in the freezer. Great for quick meals to toss in spaghetti, tacos, enchiladas, burritos or burrito bowls, chili, etc...

For your Herbs de Provence Chicken, try putting the chicken and sauce in a bag to coat it properly before putting the chicken in the tray. Or maybe a large rectangular container with a lid that you can shake and coat the chicken that way. I love your videos 😍 Michelle.
