i play mostly as support(95% of the time) or sniper for me depending on the map, the situation and the way i want to play the best guns when it comes to support are the m1917 especially the telescopic variant, the lewis gun and the parabellum for when i feel like doing some close combat. for sniper class i enjoy using the lebel sniper, i like the way it sounds a lot.

I used to play pc Battlefield 1942 ,2 2142 then stopped and played bf1 on consoles and got used to play mouse as well as controller

i hate when people talk shit about a game being revived by new players, its awesome to see games such as rust getting new players! also cringe to see those so called bf1 veterans talking like this when evey match i got this week ( i just bought the game) i get within the top 5 people in conquest lol.

Why would you pick something like Perino over the M1917 Browning? From what I can recall I wanna say the Perino is more stable if you're standing and aiming, but if you're bipoded then they're both lasers... They booth shoot at 450rpm. And I'm assuming they both have similar bullet velocities (slow AF lol). But the Browning has 250 bullets. And yes, I know with the Perino you can reload in partials rather than all at once, but with 250 bullets you should always be able to find a good time to reload, so that negates the Perino being able to reload in partials.... So I'm just curious what your reasoning is.... Same for the Madsen too as there are better options. I mean, whatever works for you but I'm curious to what your reasons are. Could even be as simple as you just liking how they feel. Unless I'm a pilot/tanker looking to pick up a gun, I play almost exclusively support. And while I have over 100 stars with Parabellum (12,000ish), I'd taken about a year long break from BF1 and came back about a week and a half ago. And ever since then I've been using the lMG 08/18 most of the time. The Parabellum still melts faster up close, but otherwise the 08/18 is better. Also, for a faster support weapon I'd take the BAR over the Madsen. I'd even take the Lewis Gun or Chauchat over the Madsen. The only thing I'd take a Madsen over would be the Benet-Mercie.

Battlefield 1 has taken new life, the player base has exploded again. And I can’t be happier. What a classic, timeless experience

This is still one of my favourite games, it still has such a unique playing experience.

Honestly I like all the guns in this game, they all have so much character in terms of sound and looks. I haven't used the huot lately but I will definitely give it a go and the assault gun too

The Huot Automatic is a good solid weapon for Medics outside of the Farquhar-Hill and the Howell but you can't count out the M1907 Self-loading Rifle either

I love the fact that you can use every gun in every class and still play amazing. The game is super balanced so it only comes down to personal preference for what gun to use. After summer i came back to bf1 and was back in love with it like when i first played because it came with my xbox. It is definitely in my top 3 favorite games

had owned it for like 3 years now but have not played in over a year, just came back to it again, forgot how much I enjoyed it, especially Operations. Don't worry about sucking at first, even took me a few games to get back into my old groove - just follow some steps from youtubers on how to not die every 20 seconds (like always using cover, playing the mission instead of worrying about K/D ratio, and try to always work with / support your team) and you will quickly be getting top 10 in your games!

My list -> Assault : Ribeyrolles factory (recoil control and damage at range, laser beam) Medic : Selbstlader m1916 factory (a very big magazine size, insane accuracy, always a 3 shot kill) Support : Parabellum low weight (fast rate of fire, ttk close range) Scout : Lebel infantry (mid range sweet spot, clearest iron sights)

The Telescopic BAR is a beast for support. If you get that bipod down, youre so insanely deadly

Guns I use: Assault: Ribeyrolles, 1903 hammerless (still doing the assignment to unlock anahilator trench) Medic: Fedorov Trench, Auto Revolver Support: Parabellum, Hellfighter M1911 Scout: As a scout main I use lots of rifles but my favourite ones are the Lebel Infantry, Gewehr 98 and SMLE lines, Frommer stop/Mars automatic as sidearm

Assault: Ribeyrolles Factory or 1900 factory Medic: Autoloading Factory Support: Madsen Storm or 1917 if the planes need to be corralled Scout: Map dependent but I still favor the Mosin infantry. All comes down to your competence with your secondary.

Here are my go-tos: Medic - Federov trench for CQB or Lord Farqhar optical at range Support - Burton trench (CQB or when the blimp shows up), but trying to get back to Chauchat low weight Assault - MP18 trench (though I'll move to the Annihilator) Scout - Don't snipe much so probably Martini-Henry or Gew.95

The Lewis Gun is a solid Support Starter until you unlock the M1917 Supressive, Perino Model 1908, and the IMG 08/18 then it gets quickly obsolete

@@morris-mauser yeah it's a good lmg and it's especially phenomenal as a supporting anti-aircraft weapon and I do think out of all the LMG's it's the only one with the range to actually hit them granted all the others can too they just don't seem to have the range as the M1917 does but I still to this day mix it up with a combination of M1917, Perino Model 1908 or the IMG 08/18 with the Parabellum MG15 and Huot Automatic from time to time just for that extra razzle dazzle

@@richardbrasher4787 The variant that knocks me out of my shoes is the telescopic. It is the best on that St. Quentin map on the british side as that should be a stationary gun. It mows people down and it is such a reliable weapon! I have recently got the telescopic and I use it on that really good sniper spot in the 'tupkow ?' pass map, the cliff over control point F.

Feel you regarding the Annihilator Trench. Just looked up my missing assignments and found this one, never used. Damn, I was only playing the Automatico before and can fully agree on the efficiency part!

I just realized, currently, my favourite guns all hit like a truck (well, mostly): - Assault, A-10 hunter shotgun. - Medic, RSC optical. - Support, Chauchat low weight. - Scout, Russian 1895 trench (yes, I know the stats, but, in game, the gun handling is sublime).

I had this game when it came out, but stopped Gaming for about 3 or 2 years. Started playing again this year, and can not believe how amazing this game is. Wish I was playing it at its PEAK, but better late than never!

Great video! Definitely need to try these. Here are my conclusive standard load outs (currently) Assault: MP18 Trench or Hellriegel Factory Medic: Fedorov Trench Support: Parabellum Factory or M1917 Low Weight Scout: Martini Henry Infantry or SMLE Marksman Doughboy M1911 is usually my sidearm, but with the G98 Sniper I use the Peacekeeper because it sort of acts like another primary to complement the sniper, which is useless at so close. And I use the ground support attack plane religiously.

I agree woth all of your opinions besides the support class. Depending on my play stly lll use the top feed mag gun. L couldent remember what the gun is called but its the japanse one thats mag feed at the top. Its either that one or the one in the video you picked. One for camping and one for close range. I choose the other one because the low wieght variant is a beast. Its got a bipod so its a laser gun when laying down but its also got decent damage and the faire rate is good and the recoil is good. This is why l respectly choose this option. L also like your optoin to. Keep up the great content

I play only support class and these are my main selections: Chauchat Low Weight Huot Automatic Low Weight M1909 Benet Mercie (sometimes the telescopic variant) I would include the Madsen and Perino but damn they have visually distracting parts that blind half of your ADS.

I agree with all the choices aside from Support. The Lewis Gun has always been my go to and I have the most time and kills in any class with it in 2200 hours of gameplay.

M97 trench gun backbored is great. Probably the best shotgun for multi kills, since it 1 shots and shoots twice as fast as the model 10-A. Backbored variant is the best imo, since it makes stringing shots together together far easier, and it lets you utilize the high fire rate to it's fullest extent.

I think annihilator is underrated 1. It's available to everyone 2. It's only one auto gun that can counter that OP smg 08/18 up close

The only available servers on Xbox in Australia are custom hardcore servers. My best guns are the Automatico storm or MP18 trench for assault, M1907 sweeper or RSC for medic because they are op, the chauchat low weight or parabellum low weight for support and the M1903 and Gewher sniper variants for scout. My side arm I only use is the M1911A1

My favorite gun for the assault class is the Annihilator trench because of well, he explained why I like it at the start of the video

I obviously agree with the Huot haha. M1907 Factory is a great option, I typically vary between that, the Trench, Cei Rigotti Factory, RSC and Model .35. Assault I typically use the MP18 Trench and both Annihilator variants. Scout: Honestly just depends on the map though I avoid some stuff completely, like the Non Trench 1895. The Arisaka is very versatile though, I really like it.

Gotta love the rsc 1917 personally, if you can get around it's low ammo compacity it's a beast for me

Probably because the rsc is a bit unforgiving, sure it can 2 tap people left and right but the small capacity and low rate of fire make missed shots a death sentence if the enemy is fighting back

Going just by "most kills" it seems my favorites are: Automatico M1918 Trench M1907 SL Sweeper IMG 08/18 Low Weight SMLE MKIII M1911 Cavalry w/saber Luv, Mediocre Medic P.S. [+]

This is what Battlefield 1 did that I felt like V failed at. The first clip shows you can find a way to use any weapon on any map for the most part. And I could be effective with every weapon. Battlefield V I felt like I had to choose weapon classes or specific weapons to fit specific maps or it just wasn't going to be fun

To a certain degree I’m with you there. Perhaps not in an absolute black and white fashion. But I do feel like I’m more so pushed to use certain things on BF5. Which is a bit of a shame. But that’s what happens when you have weapons with low recoil and barely any spread. You select the few that excel and off you go. A lot get left behind for that situation.

Is the weapon skin on your sl factory available in battlepacks or is it an easteregg skin

I like the any of the shotguns in assault particularly model 10- factory and slug, m1907 sweeper, RSC 17, m1917, Lewis Factory, lebel 1886, infantry gewher 98 infantry, ariska infantry, Mosin nagant infantry

I didn't like the hout when i initially unlocked it. Then i found out how it's to be used properly and my view on it changed.

I use the Model 10-A slug, RSC Factory, Burton lmr trench and the M1903 experimental and M1911 for sidearm

I’ve been using the factory since the game came out! Glad to see it getting some love!

From what I've read in the comments some of my choices are gonna be pretty unpopular: Assault: Automatico Medic: Cei Rigotti (factory) Support: Huot Scout: SMLE LoA (is there even a difference?) for closer combat and M1917 Silenced for longer range... I do change it up quite often which is so great about the weapons in this game. You can really play most guns without a huge disadvantage...

After 500hrs of play. The Hout is my must used gun. It's amazing. X

I think the Huot has to take second behind the BAR. It is a lazerbeam (especially with the bipod) but the time to kill is just too slow for me. Mind, it is still my second most used Support weapon. But the speed and power of the BAR feels unmatched. I consistently find my self out sniping snipers with the 5 shots to kill at range (I believe) when I switch to single fire and it almost feels like a versatile assault rifle most of the time. Also, a big reason why I didn't like Battlefield V was how they massacred my b(ar)oy. I know, a lot of bias. But it just didn't sit right with me.

You're not the only one who has a hated support weapon, I use the chauchat low weight because I am used to it's recoil and the rate of fire

And if I am the scout class, I use the moist nagant infantry and the frommer stop

I'm a sucker for the looks and sound of the guns in bf1. The Lebel, the 1906 and the RSC are guns I return to for those reasons. The Lewis is reliable. The Huot is perhaos the ugliest gun in the game in my opinion 🍻😊

Huot is very good... I was trying to pretend to be a noob the other day using Huot instead of Parabellum, but I gained upon it at last. However I’m more of a run-and-gunner, I prefer smashing people on the face haha! Recommend trying out anyway!

The huot is one of the best weapons in the game.
