Single player. I like the map. Lots of customizing will happen including putting my own shop and maintenance triggers. I think he came out with some updates. I downloaded the map 2 days ago. The start farm fields are different now than in your video. Thanks for all that you do!!

an awesome map, especially if you dont like being forced to play canned farms. its also the only map ive run across that doesnt have a single error in my log file.

In the next game I'd like to see the whole .ap be set for grazing and you can build fence and put animals anywhere. I get tired of the tiny little pens that you'd realistically put 2 cows in.

This map is good but needs a lot of work doing to finish the map like the bridge over railroad and roads with bid hols some are that deep they tip tractor over

I love this map, but the worker drive routes need work. I have to buy land I don't want, clear the trees and build roads just so I can drive to the other side of the map before the end of the day because the workers will not drive near trains or bridges. When I start my game, both fields had sunflowers. (Stat from scratch) Cha ching!

Really wish they left all the farms in as original had.

Nah the red barn look better

This map doesnt have standard crop calendar. Some crops have different sowing or harvesting months -> wheat, soybeans, corn, etc.

I like this map but the shadows on the vehicles are all wacky

That happened to me as well, regarding field 64, in New Farmer, When i loaded in as Farm Manager, Field 64 had Sunflowers in it, Just fyi

Interesting, I didnt look at that when I loaded Farm Manager to see how the farm looked.

My question for you, I run a 2080ti with 16gb of RAM and I have very very bad stuttering all over the map.. I have tried turning settings down and I’ve had it where it’s been optimized graphic setting and it still happens.. Any ideas on what to do??

With the game closed dump your shader cache which can be found at this path. Documents\My Games\FarmingSimulator2022\shader_cache delete all the files in that folder then launch the game with your preferred settings. Move around the map and for the first 5 min or so there will be hitches and studders as the game rebuilds that cache but it should smooth out after that. The reason I say to launch the game with your preferred settings is because changing your settings can cause the game to need to rebuild the cache so you can get in this loop of start the game you get studdering so you make a change and you come back in you get studdering, etc. I used to run a 2080Super just fine on custom very high at 1440p and now I run a 3080 with the settings I published in this video again at 1440p. kzread.info/dash/bejne/kaONpKiRoLTZfbg.html

I downloaded this map the day it was released and when I started the game both fields 63 and 64 were planted with sugarbeets. I saw from this vid and DJ's new mod vid that 63 was land needing to be plowed up and I got curious. I tried it in all 3 modes (New Farmer, Farm-Manager, and Start from Scratch) with all my Mods and all had something different planted in both 63 and 64. I tried it without any mods just all DLC's including platinum and premium without Antonio Carrera and Kubota from season 1 and in New Farmer 63 was blank land needing to be plowed up and 64 was sunflower, in Farm-Manager 63 was Oat and 64 was sorghum, and in start from scratch both 63 and 64 were cultivated state. All 3 modes wouldn't let me load without the red barn pack Mod.

Red barn pack is coded in the map as required you cant start with out it unless you edit the map files itself. not hard to do but is the only way to do it. I have a theory on why Farm Manager and Start from Scratch have crop in that field but New Farmer does not. In other other mods you do not own the land and since it is a defined field the AI farmer puts a crop in the field. Same happens with the mars map. In NEw farmer you get nothing planted on any field. In other mods the AI farmers plant crops at the start.

@@FarmerKlein I didn't want to get rid of the Red Barn Mod. I mentioned it because at the start of the video, you mentioned that the map wouldn't start without it and it didn't tell you why. I just rewatched that part and realized that you meant it wouldn't tell you why when it is on a server. Now that I think about it, it makes sense that the modes that those fields aren't owned at the start would have crop on them for contracts. Good to know about the mars map. I've had that map for a while before released on mod hub. I got it form an external site. Strange though the mission goals I have are different than the goals on the mod hub release. It has grape and olive planting and production from them as well as a couple other production goals. The difference may have something to do with console vs PC. I never got around to trying Mars yet but the ModHub release has me kicking around the idea.

Wish you could buy the roadways, or at least the gravel ones. Cant join a few fields together because you cant buy the land

When I'm playing on this map I'm experiencing some microfreezes, no matter if I drive some vehicle or walking it is happening without any mods, anyone else having such issue? It is not affecting FPS but it is very annoying :(

A little late but could use easy dev to change state of field 64

Just loaded it up on a gportal server and was able to get in no issue.

Can this map be used on a server? dedicated server?

Sure. I have not come across any map that wont run on a dedicated server.

@@Archaoen Odd. Its only 200MB in size so a fairly small map. Do you know if you have the extra space on your mod storage? I know the default Gportal storage is just 1GB so its possible your up against that with other mods.

I just tried and was able to upload the latest update to the map to one of my Gportal servers. Have you tried using FTP vs the web uploader?

was hopeful when i seen this map in game but very disappointed like others the old farms especially main farm and town should have been in map its 4x not like there's not room for them. Map looks rushed and not even same caliber as original map.
