Larache is my father’s city. I grew in this city half part of my youth age specially in this port . Lot of memories Your welcome.

Bon appetite! 😊The food is very delicious in Morocco, healthy and cheap

That plate with beans is called "Loubia" which simply means white beans. It's usually made with onions, tomatoes, garlic, parsley, cilantro and a few spices like cumin and parika. They also throw in a few bay leaves for flavour. There is another version where they add in some stripes of sundried lamb cuts which are flavoured with crushed cilantro seeds. Cheers! Btw shrimp in french is crevettes, but if you're in the north you can just use the spanish word "gambas"

Larache, my home town! Across from the harbour, there's the site of the ancient city of Lixus, a UNESCO World Heritage. It was founded by the Phoenicians about 10,000 (ten thousand) years ago. It boasts the only Roman amphitheatre in Morocco. Also, the white fish you got is John Dory, very delicious. And the sardines caught in Larache's sea are considered to be among the very best. My Family are bringing me Spider Crab and other fish from Larrache later and we will eat these while we Watch Morocco play football.. Try to get to a coffee bar to experience the Atmosphere of the Football passion. the match starts at 9pm that will give you a great video for tomorrow.
