Try this Intermediate/Advanced back workout routine. I also provided beneficial tips to help improve your one max rep within deadlifting. Let me know if you have any questions in the comments. Here are the exercises below:
1) RDL/Row SUPERSET
- 3 x 8-10 reps
2) TRX ROW SUPERSET
- 3 x 8 reps (each movement)
3) Dumbbell Rows
- 3 x 8-10 reps
