It’s great that you gave him a platform to speak his truth because there are many ppl that have been waiting to hear it!! Great interview! I’ve liked Nayte from the beginning of the show. I became a fan when he and the others confronted Jamie in episode 3 about things he said. It was done in an up front manner without yelling or animosity. Plus he was never involved with any of the petty drama. I’m sorry he got so much heat over the breakup. Still a fan here! ❤

This was a great interview! Nayte is a natural. It was great learning more about him. I was always like Nayte, and could never date more than one guy. I always said that my head and my heart had to be in the same place. I am glad he is happy, and living life. I wish the best for him.

He hasn’t made a post on instagram since last year. I think he was really affected by the negative comments.

Why does Nayte keep reiterating that he was more upset about the public trashing him than the actual breakup? How about how Michelle feels?

He's such a beautiful man. I loved he and Michelle together, and was sad they broke up but I still follow him, and find him pretty cool and entertaining.

Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. This was fantastic!!!!! The greatest thing about that season was these guys are such great friends!!! And boy are they all gorgeous!!! What awesome entertainment for this 70 year young woman here!!! And they say The Golden Bachelor is better than the regular show...No Thank You!!!!!!! This video was way better than the GB!!!!! I love Nayte, Rodney & Justin! It’s possible that there were some ground rules set ahead of time about what he was and wasn’t going to talk about. Nick has said in the past that he has seen the receipts and Nayte is hiding something big.

Nayte truely seems like a genuine guy. I hate that he went through so much trouble, especially after the break up. I am very curious what really went down with them and why Nayte feels the way he does about Michelle. He seems like such a loyal guy.. so clearly there was some questionable behavior going on that he felt so relieved to get out of that relationship. It's too bad but it sounds like he almost knew early on that it just wasn't going to work out, which I find very interesting. Great Interview Dave!!

Good chat and insight. I always liked Nayte. It seemed inferred at the time that they got the house money, so that was interesting to find out otherwise. Makes sense. Dave , interesting take on post show counseling being more about just pressing the couple to stay together . Too much manipulation from start to finish. They need to reel it back!

Here’s the thing, I don’t hate Nayte. He seems nice and everything and he has undeniably great fashion sense but he doesn’t have a unique perspective about anything. He relies on his looks to carry him. He doesn’t try hard at much, because he doesn’t need to. Listen to what he said about his basketball past; thats proof enough. I wouldn’t care to hear him host a podcast at all, unless he put some actual effort into it.

I always knew he as a cool guy. When the break was announced I defended the guy. I still love Michelle but she does give me that “fix me”/“fixer” type and most teachers are just naturally like that. She comes off a bit sneaky too BUT she also seems to be a great woman. They’re both two imperfect people that just weren’t right for each other.
