He was never in love with Becca. But everyone loved Becca including his parents...he felt he had no option but to choose Becca. But he only loved Lauren...from their first one on one it was obvious she was going to be his final pick. Their connection was deeper and mutual...unlike Becca's

I’ll have to go back and look at the proposal but I remember specifically they were doing all of this fake laughter and showy stuff the two days they spent at the resort before they flew back. Becca was upstaging him everywhere she went and it was obvious that he was like a little mouse around her big personality. I have no clue why his family talked him into Becca.

Lauren is completely elegant and feminine and classy...she doesn’t say much but her eyes and emotions speak volumes. And It’s clear how special and unique Lauren is after hearing so many trashy comments from angry girls.

I agree absolutely! Lauren is so demure and mysterious. The other women were overly eager and too aggressive. Even Becca was talking trash about Lauren acting like she's better than her. Lauren never once put her down.

Watching this back a few years later it isn't that surprising to me that he changed his mind and went back to her. I think he looks more upset here than she does. I'm so glad that they are together now, they look so happy.

Am I just crazy, or is this the most romantic breakup ever. it brought tears to my eyes. When Arie first hugged Lauren, I could feel the love. I really thought he would say, I just can't let you go. I change my decision. (which he did, but had to wait a few weeks).

Exactly. She is such a sweet person and she dealt with the breakup well. She is quiet but a good person. She asked him earlier if he was very sure and she knew he wasn't. Even if she knew he was still in love with her she let him go here coz she is so pure. I would b furious and irate. She has that calm and gentle personality.

I agree, it must have been difficult for him. All these people judging him are being very inconsiderate. Asking for more time wouldn’t have helped either as both women would have felt he’s undecisive and might hurt them even more.

Are has had his heart broke before and so has Lauren. I think this was the best thing to have happen to really test a love that even they didn't know they had for one another. True love is not fake

I think its funny how people comment how he is an A-hole, etc. What exactly do you expect from a show that has a man date 20 something different girls over 2-3 months and in that time, he is supposed to fall in love with one, pick one and ask her to marry him. Yea, I can see how that must be super easy when most people spend years with one person in a toxic relationship before choosing to walk away.
