I lost my wife with a brain cancer 8 weeks ago and I am loosing my mind what to do without her. Bach's music make myself calm down deeper and deeper and touch my soul. We will see each other soon.

In the same way that music connects people all over the world... it's amazing to realize that emotions are also a universal language... the pain of abstaining from contact with someone who helped us live... This too shall pass. Or.. shall be softened. While you don't see her again, do in honor of her what she would like to do or would like you to be doing... you can do it to others too. This might make you already have meetings in dreams, to plan and evaluate actions.
His music makes you forget everything and just enjoy being here in the now

Intriguing timing. A pattern emerges. A lot of people recently stopped watching the news, all at once, as in some sophomoric synchronized tizzy. I wonder what the catalyst could be. Maybe this Jesus guy knows why so many people started talking about him instead of the news very recently. Wonder if he minds sharing attention?

Takes me back to the time i used to take visual art classes at a local arts school, and bach was a big part of our soundtrack because of the music students on the room next to the atelier. It was always so calming and charming, it made the 10-15 year old me learn to enjoy classical and at the same time made my mind associate the good feeling of the ambience, with the music, indoor gardens and afternoon sunlight coming throught the canopy of those trees, with the activities of painting and drawing with my friends. I enjoyed art before, but this made me love it.

Bach = grand master of baroque music. If the only music in the world were from Bach and Vivaldi, we would still have a very rich musical tradition.
Imagine a world where music like this was our singular way of communicating.

I once read that Beethoven tells you about Beethoven, Mozart tells you about Humanity, and Bach tells you about the Universe.
J S Bach composed over 1000 pieces of music. He lived only 65 years. I am always speechless when I think about His genius. It is the composer I could spend my life listening to his music. (if I had to choose)

This masterpiece is telling us about the continuity of life, that we must go even how hard it is, we can survive if we have the will, and most importantly if we our trust in GOD..

I am studying and getting lost in this music. Bach was a genius and his music is never out of date.
Bach used to always annotate his music with S.D.G. which stands for Soli Deo Gloria (All the glory to God only!) God was Bach's main inspiration and point of adoration! But, man, I want to praise Bach's music genius too... This music is insanely magnificent! When I listen to it I fly away and don't really want to open my eyes to return... So, huge thanks to the owner of this channel for uploading these recordings!

I love the way Bach has master the form of feeling music with all the dynamics of accidentals. Also the way Bach is able to express his music through "creciendos and diminuendos.'' Great music to forget what is happening in our world today. We in the Sanchez family are proud of our little granddaughter studying the cello and how we can connect with a master through her classes. Best of luck to all cello students, orchestra, mariachi, jazz, band, guitar and piano players. Best of luck to all students of all forms of music. Everytime I listen to these musics I cry. It touches my soul. God provided us with extreme talented geniuses such as Bach. It's a shame a few people can recognize their true value and importance for the society!
I started listening to this album by chance a few years ago. I think this is probably the best of Bach's unaccompanied cello albums.

I am always somewhere beautiful when I listen to this Bach Cello Collection. ⚘
I only started appreciating classical music recently. I've listened to Tjavosky, Mozart, Beethoven, Vivaldi Chopin and all the other popular acts but i must say Bach is the easiest on the ears. My favourite is Mozart thus far because he is so colourful and exciting but Bachs mellow Cello. He's devine
Always good for mind, body, and soul. God blessed the world with such majestic music. Beautiful, absolutely beautiful.
I cannot begin to even comprehend the feeling this talented man felt with sorrow losing so many children and his wife.

Recently i began listening and really appreciating classic music. I now understand when they say that art is something that is supposed to make you feel something. Some piano pieces had even made me feel chivers and two of them made me cry. Just wow.

Bach is great in synchronizing with Alpha waves,not only in Dementia patients, but also in patients with PTSD and panic disorder. Other composers that calm patients are Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Strauss Waltzes, and Ludvic von Beethoven 's 7th symphony

It's always amazes me how this great music has survived up to 2021 and how back in bach's time people felt the same way we do listening. When music last this long this good it was from our creator he's a happy God. Bach know it.

Gavotte II of the Suite 5 has been a tune that has been haunting me for the last 30 years! It was used as a 8 bit soundtrack for a videogame for C64 and I have been searching it for decades! Today is the day I can finally give it a name! Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah..............................

It is very encouraging in today's culture to find new interpretations - & fine new (to me) musicians - making superb efforts to re-establish such familiar classic pieces on a high technical level, that also allows for their (Bach's & the players') authentic individual expression.

i know..im an old dude and i have always wanted to learn cello. I know my classical spanish guitar stuff but..cello has been a secret dream of mine. I might do it this year

Once I met a great cellist.. friend of a friend. He never played music throughout his life. Then, one day, he heard the Bach Cello Suites and asked "What is that instrument that makes such music?" and he went out and bought a cello. Today, it is remarkable to hear the sensitivity with which he plays that music. Bach, through his art, taught a man about his own outstanding ability, which he never suspected he possessed.

The cello is my favourite instrument, next to the violin. The deepness, wisdom and sadness of the sound are perfect for reflection.
