Last year fans at Bangkok enjoyed this song live with F.Hero as a special guest for the third time performing together after this live version 2019 in Japan, but everyone enjoyed this in every concert at the recent World Tour 2023/2024, it's a hit they don't wanna miss in any of their setlist, except for rare events, although you're not always hear F.Hero rapping in the live version like they're doing it now in the Europe Tour. The title is in reference to the papaya fruit used to make a popular Thai salad. Is a fun song to represent and celebrate the mix between these two great cultures, and fans at the World Tour 2023 and more recently at Legend MM enjoyed this song. If you want another rare live performance with Latin rhythm vibes you got "Night Night Burn" live at Legend Metal Galaxy 2020, or with Indian influence like "Shanti Shanti Shanti" official MV, better yet if you look for "folky" vibes then you got "Oh! MAJINAI" ft. Joakim Brodem live at Legend Metal Galaxy 2020 or Budokan 2021, you'll notice almost every BM song got their own unique dance choreo. This song belongs to 3rd album "Metal Galaxy" released in 2019 but this one as well many more songs are exploring a different Babymetal side, sometimes more mature, but trying to not lose their fun. The footage of this was took from BABYMETAL AWAKENS: The Sun Also Rises 2019 in Yokohama Arena Japan, F.Hero was invited for this, the night before he was really in panic with the amount of people and even throwing all out after the show, It ain't easy to face that crowd, especially after receiving some negative critics from BM fans who didn't like his participation on this, fortunately he recover from this and received a warming welcome. Also that night they introduced the _avengers_ system, a group of three backup dancers filling the third spot that YuiMetal left (she left the group in 2018). They rotate so not always you'll see the same one on stage, usually the live official MV before 2020 is with Kano Fujihira, she started this when having 14 years old, so young like our girls back in their early days. None of them have mic or sing and aren't official members, they just dance. But remember that status changed last year when MomoMetal was announced as a new official member. Again, the one you saw in this live compilation isn't MomoMetal but Kano-chan as an avenger. The official MV is with studio album sound so wait to hear the blaster sound of the Kami Band when playing this live. Yes Su-metal is lead vocalist. Moametal and Momometal (originally Moametal and Yuimetal, Yui left in 2018) provide backing vocals and harmonies etc. They can only go so crazy with the dancing when they're on a relatively small and high moving platform. Their choreo is technical and very precise, but not for the sake of being technical like other artists you will see dancing who just use it to fill the stage. They also have bespoke choreo for every song and they will be singing live and dancing for the entire concert with no drop in energy or quality. BABYMETAL's choreo is interpretive and related to each song helping with translating the meaning of the song or a lyric - but more importantly they use it to hype and to lead the crowd, to get everybody involved and joining in. When the girls jump, pump their fist, do a particular move etc so does the crowd, when Moa and Momoko chant or sing those are the parts the crowd sings along with. 'PA PA YA' is a summer festival song - and they're going hard singing and dancing about a spicy Thai papaya fruit salad ... and at a festival they would be smiling and having fun so of course that's what their faces will show when they're performing this song (plus they are genuinely smiling and having fun). Such a good live song, it really gets the whole crowd jumping and waving towels round their heads (Su, Moa and Momoko love to see everybody doing that and we love to see them happy, so everybody brings or buys a towel specially for this song). F Hero is a rapper from Thailand. He flew in to Japan specially to perform on the first two nights of BABYMETAL's 2019 tour (that was where this was filmed - this is the official video so yes the audio is from the studio - there is a live video for this performance with the live audio and it is much better). They performed in Bangkok in Thailand as part of their world tour last year and F Hero made another special guest appearance. F Hero was rapping in this song to the same rhythm as mixing the ingredients for the salad with a mortar and pestle. They are pretty much saying that, much like the salad, mixing the right spices in the right amounts into life will make that better too. BABYMETAL did another song a lot more recently with F Hero and Bodyslam - Thailand's biggest rock band. Look on F Hero's channel for F Hero x Bodyslam x BABYMETAL 'Leave It All Behind'.

i notice all of baby metal live stage are unique. Its not like the regular normal square stage kpop or western artist concert use, Like the normal layout how a concert would look like. They love high tall stages lol. Babymetal live concert is crazy. Their fans yell and chant very loudly and the floor feels like a small earthquake. For the korean side. IU fans are crazy too, sing and chant every few sec for 3 hour straight with IU concert 2024. The richest and the most accomplish female korean artist of south korea.

Their choreography actually fits the metal genre vey well, and they're the first to combine J-Pop and choreography with metal in a truly successful manner. BUT, it will be very different style vs the typical Pop/hip-hop choreography. This video is a live show with studio audio over. On their official channel, anything with the word "Official" is studio audio (be it concert footage or MV), and "Official Live" will have actual live audio. Newest Babymetal / F.Hero collab is "Leave it All Behind", and is a 3-way collab with Thai rock band Bodyslam as well. Only the MV is available, as they haven't done this one live yet together yet.
