To answer your question: That is a different child from the same species as Yoda. The Mandalorian takes place about 5 years after Yoda dies in Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi. Yoda died at the age of around 950 years old (so close to 1,000)

@@TheOne_WhoKnocks well the point is the mandalorian series took place after Yodas death, Yoda was around 900 in the clone wars and way after with the stormtroopers being a thing the child is 50, so it wouldn't make sense for Yoda to become a baby again, because that is not a force power, that's star wars for ya

He'll always be Baby Yoda to us, at least til Disney puts him in the same scene on the Swamp Planet with Old Yoda, getting trained-- THEN we may call him Grogu, but it will always seem like his "Formal Name" to me.

Thanks Ashley! :) Our most recent release about a day ago was the Animatronic version and he's fun! The price seems to run about $65 or so.

At 4:58 when the Mandalorian came out my Spanish teacher in highschool was letting us watch it in class around Christmas time. I got him one of those ones for Christmas just because he mentioned that he wanted a Grogu of his own. It was the only one I could find and he told me as a collector he'd never open it. He still has it to this day sitting on his desk unopened even after I graduated high school.

So cute🥰😍😘

The bowl is from Episode 4 of the series, "Sanctuary," and it is a bowl of "bone broth". Mando isn't sure what the kid eats or if he can even chew (up to that point he has only swallowed a frog whole), so while in a tapcaf (cafe/diner) he orders bone broth for the kid. The frog is obviously to represent the 2 frogs we see him catch, one which he swallows in episode 2, and one which he spits out in episode 4 when a bunch of kids react negatively with "Ewww!", so he spits it out before swallowing it completely and smiles at the kids to put them at ease.

Back in March my husband bought the baby Yoda the child animatronics. It wasn’t supposed to come out until December. I got mine a week ago. He makes about 12 different sounds including his arms moving his eyes open and closing. The ears move and fold down as well. His arms raise when he uses the force. He falls asleep when you lay him down. I love baby Yoda.

Yoda is not baby yoda’s dad because the mandalorian tv show takes place between return of the Jedi and the force awakens and yoda is dead by then and yaddle (the girl yoda) would be too because she is around the same age as yoda.

12:40 no bc the mandalorain takes place if i remember 15 years after reutrn of the jedi and if you dont remember the movie before that the empire strikes back yoda is introduced but also dies so there is NO way that the child is baby yoda

@@AdventureFunToys Actually, it takes place 5 years after the events of Return of the Jedi. Hence in the show, the tension of the Imperial militia feels terrifying and mysterious. Another fact: the child aging is 10 years per 1 human life. In the show, the child is 50 years old (10 x 5= 50). Yoda died on RotJ at 900, making him 90 years old. One of the few details giving about their species.

The Mattel one, you don't have to take apart the box. You can just clip the string around his neck. At least that's how mine was.

12:39 I can say safely no he is not yoda younger 6 months later the new season came out and in one of the episodes they say that baby yodas name is actually Grogu not yoda so yea may the force be with you also may the cuteness of baby yoda aka Grogu BY WITH YOUUUUUUUUUUUU
