I feel like they used each other tbh. In the series there were so many times I got annoyed that he kept egging on the situation. He could see she wasnt well mentally. We don't know what happened in real life. But in terms of the TV series both characters used each other to make themselves feel better. She was worse than him but he egged her on.

@@Purpleakiindahouse you do know that even when a series or movie is "true" there's a lot of interesting fluff added for dramatic effect. There was a long documentary Series made about a place I used to work at (not Dunder Mifflin unfortunately). They would do retakes quite often for dramatic effect. Do I care about people being terrorized by stalkers? I absolutely do. Do I care whether Baby Reindeer is true or not? Not really as there are far worse untold stalking/violent crime incidents that we will never hear about BUT look at us we are all talking about it. That is what counts.

About time the media stop giving these stories airtime and get her mental health support. Not entertainment whatsoever! So sad

Netflix doesn't have to say it's her. She has a law degree, is scottish, the reindeer toy is true story, the curtains remark happened, they picked an actrees who resembled her, people are recognizing her from a tweet she sent, connecting the dots... if it were her, they did a terrible job hiding it. And she shouldn't be harrassed like that, that's not right.
