I thought I had a terrible sleeper and napper on my hands but I was wrong, I just needed to learn a few things as a first time mom to help my baby girl actually want to nap. Now, at 6 months old, she falls asleep and stays asleep within seconds to minutes of putting her down, 99% of the time!
