Cool! Thank you!
Love these. I haven't touched a balloon since Halloween. Maybe second semester will give me a little breathing room and I can get back to it… but I doubt it.

Thank you!
for the eyes, if you want to create separate orbs, try doing a "peas in a pod" where you twist a small balloon ball, then push it into the balloon, then break it off within. this save the hassle of tying any knots, and goes great at parties and restaurants.

Great! Thanks for sharing that technique.

+The mother of the boy! Thanks a lot! I'm on it.
Cool design! Haunting horned Owl, lol! "Haunting" and "balloon animals" don't really seem to go together (except for when one pops in your ear and you are haunted for days with that terrible ringing sound!)

Good tutorial. A sound suggestion might be to take a shotgun Mike and place it carefully in such a way it's captures your voice more so than the squeaky balloons. Keep your videos coming!

Sage! How are you my long lost buddy? What ever has become of you! I'm having to make a sloth balloon for this weekend & was struggling with the face... I think your owl's face is quite similar to the sloth image that I was provided. Thanks for sharing & come back, will you?
@BalloonSage
5 жыл бұрын
Hi! I am just now checking all my comments after my hiatus. I hope the sloth turned out well! I think I will be doing that balloon sizer tutorial idea you had, with my new goal being a new video every two weeks. Through all the struggles of the last year I am back to what I feel like is my old self and am so excited to be working on KZread again. Thank you for all your support through the years!
hey balloon sage you dun it again this is a cool design I tried it not as good as yours cant seem to get the beak right so I made a bubble and pushed it between the 2 front ones and made it look like a triangle it works lol
@BalloonSage
8 жыл бұрын
+Terry Sherbourne lol! I know, the beak is ridiculous and I have never seen anyone use that style. I'm sure yours looked great! Thank you for watching and commenting; much appreciated.
hey just tried it and i would like to show you a pic for feedback

Hey, it looks awesome! The hardest trick is to keep the eye petal twists as small as possible and as tightly twisted inward as possible. One of the most sublte details is the shaping of the beak so that it looks pointy, but overall looks fabulous. Thanks for sharing with me.
heyyyy these guys look related to mine a bit huh? lol cousins perhaps?
@BalloonSage
8 жыл бұрын
Cousins? They're practically twins, haha. But seriously, I had an owl design I was not happy with and after watching your fabulous video I was inspired by your big eyed larger-than life aesthetic. I made sure to make the actual model different than yours in color and construction but I threw in that pink one and the anime eyes because I loved the idea so much. I did mention in the intro that the design may look similar to a lot of owls out there but I am deeply sorry if you felt I should have mentioned you by name. I've been a fan since your first video and if you would like me to make a statement about the owl design in my next video and credit you by name for the big eyes owl aesthetic than I will be happy to do that. Thank you.

+Balloon Sage hahahaha siblings then! Glad it helped, and credit is nice but i don't feel robbed in any way so no worries! just noting i can see the influence. I think its great to have another version anyway since mine is for 160's and urs is 260's.

TaylorAnnArt thanks! I look forward to more of your tutorials and I'll make sure any potential future inspiration is further abstracted from its original source than this owl was and I'll also provide proper credit and channel links and such.
