Funny you said that! I was shocked when I found out that a coyotes diet is 90% veggie. I noticed coyote droppings while hunting. (We have lots of wild Russian Olives 🫒 where I live) I saw nothing but olive seeds in the droppings. No bones. You'd think that there'd at least be some bones from mice and birds. Nope!

I don't know what's more amazing - the ibexes descending down the steep mountain bald rocky slopes with such ease and grace and speed, or the camera person's ability to capture such close and clear camera shots in such a remote and hard to get to location. Think we have conditioned ourselves to be softer and weaker. Think it is/was the Wenzel family that had their kids high wire walking by like 2. Any more that stuff is child abuse and we stifle much abilities out of fear of death. I got heat for training daughter since 2' to ride quads and much other with my guidance. She's been running a predator 500 since 12'. But sis. who wouldn't permit her girls to learn almost lost one at age 16' for cluelessly hopping on back of a boys quad with no gear. Same as the love of my life had back surgery for jumping on motorcycle of show off boy. She's heading for 16' and I don't fear such things happening to her. I fear for the boy who crosses line with her in any way. Yes we lose some but that life but watching awesome Parkour runners prove we have more capabilities stifled by fear. Sorry I went on in a reply to you but I was awed watching these amazing animals and was struck by other video of them that led me here of the wilder climbs then this for salt and hearing it explained the need for salt to give them this agility?? Why are we told to try and cut salt out if it gives this much agility?

I would think reincarnating to animal would be downgrading. If i had to choose though i would be a tiger or a Lion. Also maybe when people go to hell they get downgraded depending on how bad. The worst people come back as snakes.

I think this is a combination of very strong and versatile hooves and a very light body weight. Underneath that hair they are pure muscle, tendon, and bone. No extra weight. You can see how the hooves change directions with the surface shape and inclination. But they must also be relatively light so the friction is enough to keep them in place even on very steep slopes.

Before we made weapons we scavenged and gathered plants and eggs and ate from predators left over carcasses or we scared them off and took them.
