I just got mine off the Facebook market gently used for 100 bucks. It’s in great condition no scratches you can’t even tell it’s been used. Can’t wait to start using it.😊

Hello! I’m assuming you updated the app to the current version. Did you try deleting the app and reinstalling? I’m looking at my app now and that’s all I can think of right now…

I just received one today and it’s not brand new but in your experience is there a reason why the Wi-Fi wouldn’t be connecting ? I also noticed when I hit water only , more water comes out than it’s supposed to but I’m assuming if I fix the Wi-Fi problem I could then fix the water problem

That is a great question! I dont know why the WiFi wouldnt be connecting, it could be an app or internet issue, or maybe an issue with the Brezza. I dont know if the water problem is connected to the WiFi issue, how much extra water is coming out?

Do I boil water and add into this? I’m trying to find ways to save my time from boiling water and waiting for it to reach room temp

Hello! I never boiled water, I just put it directly into the water reservoir😀

Do you still have to boil water or does it sterilize water also

It heats the water, but it doesn’t boil it. I fill it with tap water that I filter through my Berkey, but you can fill it with whatever water you typically use😀

Hmmm, that’s not good! I would try contacting support if you haven’t tried that yet. The U.S. number is 1-888-396-6552

Another tip is to fill the powder container after it is attached. I made the mistake of cleaning the powder container and then putting in the formula. Then I tried to attach it to the machine… big no no. I ended up having to removing the formula from the container and then reattach it to the machine and then refill it with powder.

I used filtered water, so I never boiled it. I think it’s more of a personal preference, so if you want to boil the water before you put it in, go right ahead. It will work either way. Though I would wait for the boiled water to cool before adding it to the system 😀

Hello! When you looked up your formula on the Brezza website, if it gave you powder level 4, I would go with that. I was using a couple different formulas while shooting this video because we were in the heart of the baby formula shortage so I was using what I could find and adjusting my powder level as needed. Sorry for the confusion!

Do you have any issues with formula not dispensing properly despite using the settings for the formula you use?

Hello! I haven’t had any issues that I know of. I’m basing that off how the bottle of formula looks once it’s dispensed, but also how satiated my twins are once they’re done drinking it. So far so good!

I have the FPA Wifi and I was wondering, can we turn the machine off when we are not using it? I have a feeling that if we leave it on all the time that will lead to malfunction or damage the water heater eventually, don’t you think??

Hello! So the baby Brezza does not have an off button, and I used it for a year, never turned it off, and it never malfunctioned. I think they’re designed to work that way😀

Hello! Yes, you can. On the left-hand side in between the “powder setting” button and the “temp” button is the “water only” button. It will warm the water to whatever temperature you have the temperature setting at😀hope this helps!

@@princeyarlin hmmmm…well, I would contact Baby Brezza support to see if they have any troubleshooting ideas. If it still doesn’t work after talking to them, I would return it and get a new one. It should be as simple as pressing the “water only” button and if it’s not, something is wrong

Just bought one two days ago and what I'm seeing is that at the beginning when it starts to brew the bottle, it looses some powder . After that, it works as expected, but I'm a bit concerned about that. I clean it as in instructions. Did you experienced that?

Hello! I have experienced a negligible amount of powder dropping from the hopper, but it normally happens when I’m changing the funnel.

What kind of formula are you using? I started with Enfamil gentlease, and I ended up using Enfamil neuropro as well. I read in the instructions that some of the specialty formulas don’t mix as well with the baby Brezza, such as lactose-free or soy based.

@@JennyMitich I'm using Aptamil Profutura 1 , its not so special so I think it should be okay. Noticed that after each use, an amount of powder remains on funnel, so I'm thinking that maybe from there is the problem. Also took a look on an official review and at the beginning their machine did the same.
