Thank god for the CGI. I would never have known what was going on if the CGI didn't explain it.

Wow! You're Pretty!! Anyway, many antelope and other ruminants will engage in "pronging".. that little jumpy dance when fleeing! It's a signal to the predator, "Don't waste your time with me! "
Deers seem like they have almost no defence system and can be hunted down by almost all medium/large sized predators.

These are gazelles. The 2nd fastest land animal in the planet.. Fastest herbivores.. Baboon managed to get close through use of deception and trickery 😁 otherwise he wouldn't even have a chance.. Only cheetahs manage to catch up
@woodrowwilson2430
2 жыл бұрын
Well they’re very fast and agile so they can get away from most predators if they can see them coming. Also they do have horns which can help to protect themselves if need be.
@davidmellish3295
Жыл бұрын
Gazelle's not deer and they do have a defence mechanism, it's called speed, they're one of the fastest land animals so even cheetahs have to get fairly close before launching their attack as they can't maintain top speed for long so very often the gazelle will escape, just as the baby got away from the baboon. They also live in large herds which is another defence as lots of animals means lots of eyes and ears to spot predators
Rather happy to read so many other people also think the CGI has no real place in a nature documentary. That is what cameras are for...
the animation, hardcore breaks, and attenborough narration. i would give anything 2 try a taste of speed in early 2k britain
The 2001 type animations tho. Animated slugs in a video about a baboon vs a gazelle. shits so random its actually kinda hilarious
Those graphics gotta be from 2001

Baby gazelle can outrun the baboon easily 😂
anticlimactic but still great to hear David Attenborough's narration, and the baboon is amazing walking on its four legs, but its front paws are so like human hands, its amazing it can run on all fours so well
What was the point of the ancient CGI? Did they think we wouldn't understand unless they reenacted it? Lol
This video must of been made in 2001 and uploaded later
the cgi of this video annoyed the hell out of me
Computer images are CRAP in this, a wildlife doco does not need it.
Floating robots reenacting nature docs?
Huge *sigh* of relief. Just came from a video where the fawn was not so quick on its feet 😱
Those old skool graphics tho😂
The baby deer said "I don't want to do this no mo"
Inserting that futuristic jive was the worst idea ever conceived for a nature documentary.
The Intro showed that Tesla's Cyber Baboons rule the Future Matrix.
The Baboon would've acted out the monster in the crate scene in the movie "Creepshow" if it caught the kid.
the close up on 2:11 made me lol
Fawns like ...."Where you at Buffoon" 2:41
Baboon: hey little fella, i got some candy.

I can't believe that baboons can resort to deception like this 😁 like humans.. Pretending to not care until getting close to the baby..
That CGI can't run on my computer 😋😋😋 1 polygon per minute is nuts !!!!
Baby gazelle sprints from baboon and only stops when safe surrounded by 3 other baboons.
That fawn looks delicious😋
Baboons are like a Pokemon
Awww I was hoping the baboon would get a snickety snack
I put my bottom dollar on it. . If David has seen this edit. . .he done a face palm!!😱
Only animal that can catch those deers on a full on chase is the cheetah.
What is the point of the CGI mutant armed-slug bean creatures? Why?
they wanted to keep the kiddies interested too so what better way to do that then add in the video game scene!! lol XD
That was.....confusing
Lol they ran the wrong direction

Pleasant
What on earth were they up to with those graphics and music?
the great architect wanted it that way. Fit and trim.
2:02 I was wondering if it was my casio watch ticking
Weirdist graphics I have ever seen.... What were you DRINKING ?!?!!!!
I came here for the CGI who cares about baboons n gazelles..
Can't blame the bamboo for being hungry or making use of an opportunity to eat meat ; high in protein. It's just nature doing everyday bussiness
"Be an animal" must be an Xbox title 🤣
Não entendi a parte digitalizada no meio do vídeo, kkkkkkkk
What is with the disgusting simulated worms!?!?!?
I guess everyone forgot what they were watching
the attenborough remix huh?
This definitely isn't the gorey video of a baboon ripping apart a gazelle Psychichpebbles was talking about then
The baby Gazelle was smart on the alert
maybe it's not about the quality of the animation but the point. I liked it, how you showed the baboons eyes turning red in the animation.
Welcome to wildlife hunting in th world of Tron.
People who eulogize Sir Attenborough, well, here you are.
Did the animator watch the Matrix before editing this documentary?
Those computer images did NOT age well.
But the video is theirs...
Speed is good
