I have been to Dar es salaam this October and to be honest the level of infrastructure between Dar and Nairobi can not be compared... Nairobi is on another level.. But I love Tanzanian women😂😂😂😂

I have never been to Dar Es Salaam. But I have been living in Kenya's Nairobi for the past 7 years plus. One thing I can confirm to you is that the rate of development in Nairobi is mind boggling. Skyscrappers and residential condo/ apartments are emerging everywhere. And also road infrastructure has been improving significantly. If Nairobi continues with the same pace of development for the next like a decade, I am positive that we will become a trully world class city, with the likes of Dubai and London.

The man supporting Dar es salaam is not exposed enough; how does he expect Nairobi to have a bridge yet there is no ocean or a lake in Nairobi? What does beauty lights ( taa za urembo ) adds to the development of a city? If you want to see bridges in Kenya, you go to Mombasa, you will see three bridges , including a floating foot-bridge which opens in the middle when a ship is approaching. You will also see a port for the first time in your life( the port in Dar is just a quarter of Mombasa port), you will see a working SGR; the SGR in Dar is not working yet. In some aspects of development, Mombasa is ahead of Dar such as port, SGR and roads, Dar will on beat Mombasa interns of land size, population, stadium, and economy.

For those who have not been to Nairobi recently, you will be shocked at the kind of massive construction going on.it is one big construction site. Nairobi should be labelled, CLOSED FOR RENOVATION. The roads being constructed are huge and many. The Nairobi expressway,an elevated road is the longest of it's kind in Africa. It is due completion by mid next year. The massive estates, skyscrapers, real estate under construction is mind boggling. The Global Trade Center skyscraper nearing completion will be tallest in east and central Africa, and if not top 3 in Africa, then top 5.I can go on and on. I don't think that there is any other African city under so much construction. Plus, just recently, Nairobi was voted the best city to work and live in Africa, and 12th globally by a survey done by expatriates.

Maendeleo ni nini? Skyscrapers? What index do you use to define "maendeleo"? Tanzanians are socially developed and you can see in the way they're not divided along tribal lines. It's only primitive people who pigeonhole others according to their tribes. That makes Kenyans backward.
