Absolutely stunning. I don't think you should've put the big flower behind her, but other than that it's absolutely beautiful. I'm a cake decorator, and I have never tried to do things like this with buttercream, so I find it amazing that it can turn out so beautifully. I do think you use a lighter buttercream than people make where I live, because it looks like it's lighter. I'd like to know how to make a lighter, less sweet buttercream, because the American buttercream is very sweet. Anyway, good video 👍

Without flowers was better. This angel figurine is beautiful and it should be fewer and smaller flowers.

I'm not sure, but I think they use a buttercream that's a lot lighter than the American buttercream. It doesn't look quite as light as actual whipped cream, though. I really wish I knew how they made it. I see them using another buttercream that I wish I knew how they made, it's a really shiny one, and it almost looks like they are using pure lard, but no one would do that on a cake. So clearly it isn't that, but I also wish I knew how they make that really shiny one, because it looks really neat.
