I love bot gao banh canh. This is a blend of mien trung and saigon banh canh.

To me, sate sauce seems to go well with many viet soups but …banh canh. Ground red pepper n black pepper suit the taste of banh canh

So, Pho will always be #1, but banh mi and banh canh are fighting hard for my #2 spot. Condensed milk is like ketchup over there. I see it on everything: Ice cream, avocado shake, coffee, etc. I like it.
