Yes this is indeed the way to make puff pastries though I prefer butter instead. She has explained it very well. I always wonder though HOW do bakery shops give them at such cheap rates??

This is actually how puff pastries are made if u see videos how they are made actually a lot of process goes into it. The folds are required to give flaky textures to the puff pastry, while she could have used butter also but it's personal choice, actually butter is used to make them, Thanks for sharing the receipe, (It's made in bulk by production hence it's cheap). It's homade guys. 😇😊
