布格仔村位於通往流水響水塘公路的東面，是一個很清靜的山谷。戰後有一羣來自五湖四海的客家人在這裏聚居，組成一個溫馨的小村莊。我們找到了村民鍾小姐，講述了她小時候的生活細節，展示了當時簡樸、純真和吃苦的環節。由於居住環境偏僻，交通不便，當時大部分的村民已經離開了。這個村子附近的皇后山，曾經是一個啹喀兵營，他們搬走後原址已經改建爲高樓大廈，而他們曾經用來拜祭的印度廟，則成爲一個歷史見證。村子的盡頭有一間龍山寺，也是一個遠足人士的聚腳點。
Po Kak Tsai Village is situated to the right side of the road leading to Lau Shui Heung Reservoir. It is a very quiet valley. After WWII, a group of Hakka people coming from many different hometowns lived together here and formed an intimate village. We interviewed a villager, Miss Chung, who tells the life when she was a child. She said that the life was simple, plain and even harsh. As the village was remote and not easily accessible by public transport, most of her neighbors left the village. The Queen's Hill nearby was a military camp for Gurkhas. After they left, the site turned into housing estates. There is a Hindu Temple which was built for their rituals, but it is now a historical documentation of their existence. At the end of the village is a Buddhist temple called Longshan Temple, which is now a tourist spot for hikers.
