i already have it and it sounds crisp clear above 12k hz mounted on ME45 horn. It`s a fenomenal sound. horn and c.driver. 160 bucks. i have DE45 too. titanium diaphragm. it can be used when high detailed sound it`s not required, but it sound very good too. i love em both. p.s. DE250 have higher efficency

No Sir, it is definitely 60w rms. I have had 8 pairs of them.
