Shelia is innocent.
But it's other factors about Thomas and Paris that people are not remembering. The way Carter was praising Paris is a tell tell he is going to try to steal her back from Thomas so Thomas will feel free to go back to Hope. Even after the medical crisis because I bet money the illness is pregnancy for Hope and Paris, but Thomas is going to father only one child.
I don't think Poppy did it. I could be wrong, but? Others had motives too.
It will force Poppy to tell the truth. But she is not the killer.
