B-25D Amazing Flight around Seattle 'Grumpy' Historic Flight Foundation
Ғылым және технология
AMAZING flight in a 1943 RCAF B-25D Mitchell around the Puget Sound and Seattle, WA. This plane is operated and reguarlly flown by the Historic Flight Foundation at Paine Field in Everett (Snohomish) with Boeing's Future of Flight. It is the oldest B-25 in operation in the world!
It was the ride of my life! Incredible views and radial engine sounds along with the gunner ports and tunnel from the cockpit to the nose. We did a low and fast pass over Boeing Field with a high G pull-out and our screams of excitement shows how much fun it was!
Enjoy!

That's awesome to get the chance to ride in such an old and historical plane.
During the flight I kept thinking about how thin the metal fuselage skin was and having to move around while getting shot at...especially up in the top gunner turret. Glad you liked it!
Awesome!!! The ride of a lifetime for sure!
Thanks!! Haha the bell is used to tell the crew to go their seats but I think it was once used as a 'battle-station' alarm and the gunners would get ready for attack.
It was an amazing experience for sure!
Best low pass vid EVER!
Connections! haha and being at the right place at the right time
1:22 OMG THATS SO COOL!!!!
Fantastic footage. You're so lucky !!! At 2:42 ... was this the signal for tee time or for an enemy attack? Thumbs UP !!!
