Bismarck can honestly run the exact same set-up. I prefer to run double shells on my bb's over the fire control radar, but honestly, the set here is a good all-around one for most bb's.

Since you mentioned the high standard fire control radar you might wanna mention the triple 406 ap gun from pr3 research since its an upgraded version of the 410 from pr1.

My Warspite has been sitting geared up, enhanced, at Lv120 but with no Retrofit item. I had the gold, spare Warspite copies sitting around waiting for her item event to roll around again!

I like to use a repair kit as her 2nd aux slot. she lives longer and that lets her do more damage

I love the prototype tripple 410 on warspite :P The 457mm seems overkill and better used on a barrage battleship in my opinion. what's your opinion on the russian CL gun for secondary? it has a higher range than the other guns

3 things i do with warspite on PVP 1. I use Warspite to remove the MOST treathening enemy ship 2. Try to pair Warspite Vs Warspite and add another BB to do a double team Vs enemy Warspite 3. I always left Hiryuu as final ship, because i find better focusing 15s on a ship who wont take damage AFTER EVERYTHING ELSE HAS DYED, than focusing 15s on a ship who wont take damage... While keep being barraged by the rest of the enemy fleet

At this point, the purple triple 406mm should just be called Old Faithful. Works for every BB. The only one who doesn't want that gun is Jean Bart if you want to maximize her damage potential, but she could still wreck face well enough with the 406mm and Pirates Soul.

There is one thing I don't understand, if her barrage is time based, and therefore she doesn't need a fast firering gun, why would she need a T0 Fire-Control?

In your Aurora Noctis video you said Howe was a better version of Warspite kai. So should we still bother with Warspite or prioritise Hachaama first?

>much smoother(if u have a beefy pc since its really unoptimised if not its not smoother) also, the 406mm is still better than 381 on warcorgi as the extra shell damage is much more significant than the FP boost due to warcorgi's already super high FP stat. Also for her aux slots, Black shell+white shell is better as compared to white+ fire radar as the Hit isn't as useful as the better FP given(as warcorgis probably not going to miss with that 90luck.)

Hello! I'm kind of new to the game and your guides are helping me a lot :D I just have a simple question about Warspite as I just recently got and retrofitted her.. I feel like her divine marksman is not dealing critical damage in Pve because I'm only seeing gray numbers whenever she procs divine marksman...is this normal?

Yeah that's normal. The ammo type for Divine Marksman is AP, meaning that it does massive damage against Heavy Armor (which is when you see the blue critical numbers). However, AP ammo isn't really that good against Light Armor, which is what the majority of enemies in PvE have (except for Chapter 12/13), hence why you're only seeing gray numbers

Positioning does matter in PVP with warspite as the distance can determine which of the backline ships she shoots. If she's on the bottom she'll prioritize the enemy's top backline ship and vice versa. It can help in choosing who you wanna sink first like in this battle if you placed warspite on the top she'd shoot enty with divine marksmen 14:26. Now that i'm saying this alot of people are now gonna be putting their entys in the middle to prevent them from getting hit by those AP shells....

I've noticed ever since I retrofitted Warspite she almost always takes down an Enty instantly. I'm starting to call her the Enty killer which might make me change her name to it.

hey dude I just want to ask you as a veteran player do you always use lvl 120 ships in exercises? I know this is a showcase but in your everyday exercise wont you use exercises to farm exp for your low level ship?

High lvl ships do better in exercice

Exercises are great for farming EXP for your ships. However, it's a bit hard to farm EXP there. Winning gives you most of your EXP, and winning against high level opponents with high power will give you much more EXP. This means your fleet must be extremely high leveled to get a good amount of EXP. This + simply because I'm too lazy to switch out exercise ships is why I just keep my level 120 ships as my PvP fleet.

Howe or Warprite retrofit? Who's better?

Two quick questions, Is Howe basically a worse version of Warspite and can I still get the sandy retrofit item even though it was re-runned?

1. Howe is not a worse version of Warspite at all, they are both extremely good. I would highly recommend upgrading both of them. 2. Yes, there are multiple reruns for SR ship retrofit items. No one knows when, but it will come *one day*

Hi quick question My current backline was Jean Bart, Monarch, and Essex, Now that I have warspite finished I decided to replace Jean Bart. Was that the best Option? For mostly PVE, I have an entirely different team for PVP

Both Jean Bart and Warspite can deal very high damage, but Warspite is MUCH more consistent in landing shots. I would say that's a good decision.

I just watched Essex tank 12 divine marksman + shots from warspite retrofit, and shake it off as if it were a mild nuisance, while Enterprise died instantly

No, you can only get one. If you're a veteran and are completing the mission for the second time, you will instead be awarded with a commemorative trophy rather than the actual retrofit material. (I show it at 0:54)

MFW the 406mm (16") Mk6 does less than the gold Mk7 which has only "normal" ammo type. How is that balanced? lol
