Don't underestimate Ting An, she gives Kashino a run for her money on the "do nothing vanguard" category. So she's great for farming main fleet PR Exp and guaranteeing your trash, low oil, backliners get MVP. Jokes aside, having an airstrike on a frontliner can be useful (if you play on manual). Some people liked to use that one Hololive girl that could equip planes on the Renown-M fight to erase bullets while still having 3 BBs in the backline.

She's definitely competing with Kashino alright, but not is a way that's useful.

Ting An's nice for if you grind making a single fleet do all the work, throw her in secondary fleet for a boost towards air superiority. At least until we finally get a 3rd van ship with an out of battle barrage. My 2nd fleet has been Kronnie/Shirakami Fubuki/Shima for a while doing this, even her little bit of AVI really helped as I'm finishing 120ing all the BBs.

This is a good point. She does provide a rare amount of AVI stat from the Vanguard space for newer players that are struggling for Hard Mode stat requirements or ACV debuffs.

Good of you to open with the one loading screen this event guaranteed to get the SKK into the "hide screen" mode. Couldn't get Theseus or Ting An, but got the others. Kuybuyshev is the powerful CL that NP needed for the Vanguard, great return. Hwah Jah is the CVL that the dragons needed, albeit at a level that the other navies easily surpass. YMMV, but she's easy on the eyes, saving the PRC players the flattop service they lost in the Great Purge. I'm definitely going to try for Sheffy META, she looks great and the META storyline would favor her personality. (Arizona META managed to wound my heart as much as Arizona Prime did!)

Ting An's strikes are actuallypretty good in mobs with 2 steam catapults however she is very weak when it comes to bossing which is the only place where the cargo buff items would make any kind of sense so yeah ... she is good for "reasons"

Ya outside using her as a backup fleet AVI stat increase for ACV and/or Hard Mode requirements from the Vanguard I don't see her getting much play.

Doesn't Dragon Empery Bond+ still only work for the China Wall in EVA and DMG debuff? Only the DMG buff works for any other Chinese shipfu

Yes, but it also applies to Yatsen now when she's with other dragon empery ships. So she is now the China wall.

Yes, but it applies to herself without Ping Hai or Ning Hai. Hence she is a the lone China wall. Also, now it buffs other Chinese ships too.

Sheffield META is kinda wierd. Her existance as a frontline dps, but reliant with consistent hits on one target to apply debuff means she wants to either be dealing with really tanky mob enemies (W13/14 are the only one's who'd likely survive long enough to get much benefit). Minor gun damage boost is okayish, considering you can likely keep up 50-60% uptime the lower %age is kinda understandable. 70% crit rate for her guns isn't massively good (she only has 1 main gun, even if it is at 150% efficiency), but more importantly it boosts her torp crit rate too (also at 150% torp efficiency, though her torp stat obviously lags a bit behind the existing torpedo monsters). Her support aspects will hopefully go up over time if other meta ships get benefits from ashen marks too (like how framework of logic ships on some of the other META ships work together). Being able to keep up the buff on one target over half of the time solo would be decent in that case. Edit: Also one entertaining thing for the 'self heal' is if you have her airstrike lined up right, you could have the 1% heal trigger RIGHT after she launches her airstrike, and then have Albion buff trigger. Except for the fact that Albion's healing->barrier->5% damage buff skill is sadly only for the vanguard, so it doesn't work (would have been a fun interaction).

I mean Kazagumo is just A LOT better and so is Helena. And with those 2, you'd almost rather your 3rd ship to have a slow (like Agir) to allow you to better use converging torpedoes rather than another buffer. And even then it's hard to even warrant her over Sirius like you suggested.

Honestly this was Good Event, I have 40 pieces of Russian CL Gun, and Now I have my Lovable PR5 Prinz Ruppercht, plus i think FDG Fate Sim seems good, But I'm Still focus on Ruppercht to Dev 30 her and Fate sim 5 her since My FDG is Dev 24 lol

The worst thing about seaplanes is launch time. With just 4 planes its currently 35s for me... its going to be even worse at LMB2 20:10: +11, its elite gear after all.

Honestly, they are already decent. On aviation battleships. Which are the only ship with gold seaplanes. The rest are honestly garbage, and your better off equipping them with the fighter sea plane for interception of enemy planes.

@Silverhost978 bru, they are different roles, Vanguard is a buffer so she isn't meant to do dmg while Fdg and Musashi are dps so their main job is to do dmg

@@coconut_tv0564 Doesn't make much difference in PVP tbh. Vanguard has better secondaries, AA and buffs damage whilst doing enough herself to be the ideal PVP boat
