Today we were docked in the port of Ajaccio on the island of Corsica. After a rough night at sea and very little sleep we were feeling rather fragile so decided to have a relaxing day onboard the ship. We thought would be uneventful day definitely was not. We explain why in our video.

I hope you talked to the restaurant manager each time you were disappointed. They should try to make things right for you as soon as possible. Without immediate feedback they have no opportunity to make things right while you are still on board. I have found that raising my disappointments firmly but nicely has improved my experience.
