I can't believe I'm typing this, but this is actually working! I forgot to note the first day, but it's likely been less then a month since my hair has started responding. I have a lot of white hair on the back of my head, so I never noticed them until family started to express concern as to why I'm greying so rapidly. But now my husband vouches that this oil is working, that he can't see as much white as before, and the strands that are white are turning copper-ish or greyish. Also, my hair is also becoming darker (my hair is not exactly black but reddish brown). In addition, I have also started consuming amla. So, this might be a synergistic effect! Hi Samyukta...i am very eager to try this hair oil recepie for grey hair and have already started the process of drying the ridge gourd. But you havent mentioned how much cold press coconut oil we have to take in ratio with the ridge gourd. It would help if we knew the proportion. Does it change the existing gray hair dark or does it work on the new growth only?

When I put the dried ridge gourd into coconut oil for 2days, the oil turns hard, does this matter, please let me know.

I leave the vegetable near the radiator. If you have underfloor heating, you can spread it in a news paper and leave it on the floor too. I leave the coconut oil bottle too near the radiator, it helps to keep it liquid.
