Numbers don't tell everything.... 3 times world Champion 65 poles.... Is less than Schumacher hamilton and vettel... But he was from another level........ The master of them all...... I'm from Portugal and even my little girl with 4 years old already knows who is the real champ....

Absolutely.

I was honored with a merit scholarship in MSc of Petroleum Engineering getting inspired from Ayrton Senna. Being dedicated, focused, having willingness, trying to be better and better. I tried to learn from my own limitations. I will meet Senna in the afterlife, this is my last goal.

The best forever. A legend, a genius of pedals and clues. A kind and lovely man that help people outside boxes but inside a pilot with determination and claw. This man stopped his car during races to save injured and unconscious pilots in their cars. My hero!

The man was a beast in a F1 car. Not only could he drive it, he had to understand it at each and every point of a circuit. A million thought processes going on at any point of any race. Think on that. Think of how many F1 champions Ayrton raced against, plus the smartest F1 tactican ever, his old rival Prost. And yet, above all the obstacles in his way to championship glory, he overcame them all, one by one. The first drive. The first pole. The first win. The first fastest lap. The first championship. Legends never die. Ayrton's legacy lives on in those of us whom were blessed to witness a F1 driver of almost godgiven intelligence and talent. Ayrton worked at his talent each and every minute he could, he knew he was blessed and he accepted what was given him, and strode to reinforce what he had. Until that faithful day, 1st of May 1994. He strode to be the pinnacle even to his last breath. RIP Ayrton Senna. Your like will never be seen again.

I'm glad to hear he is still honored in his home country as much as ever. Can't believe it's almost a quarter of a century ago, and can remember as I watched the race live that day as if it was yesterday. He lives on in all our hearts. R.I.P Ayrton

Even then, ‘Most Mystical’ would have to be considered an understatement. He truly was a one of a kind.. You always wanted to be inside his head when you would catch a glimpse of his gaze. Even if you weren’t a fan of his, Iv met F1 fans that never cared for Senna, But they always respected his abilities to dance with his race car.

Almost incredible! Always amazing to see what he could do with those cars. For sure, if we look to the cold numbers of statistics, maybe one can say he wasn't the best. But life isn't only made of numbers... there's a lot of heart in our lifes! And when everything and everyone is at the very limit, the difference comes from your heart, translated into passion. Senna was pure passion in the search of doing better and better, trying to beat no only the adversaries, but mostly himself. RIP Champ!

He had the best car during his short career only two years . Won two titles on pure talent , determination and being brilliant . Will never exist a driver near his level again , some people dare to say Schummy because his numbers is better. Well Lewis broke all Schumacher records and did it racing , never had a team mate stop meters before the flag to win . Have my full respect for his records , something Schummy never did . Now you can say numbers and all , but when you say driver on talent ,skills and core no one is near Senna.

Being second is to be the first of the ones who lose. If a person has no dreams, they no longer have any reason to live. Dreaming is necessary, although in the dream reality should be glimpsed. For me this is a principle of life. I am not designed to come second or third. I am designed to win.

Gênio. Ele foi capaz de pilotar o MP4/4 com motor Honda v6 no limite. Esse carro era um monstro. Muito feroz e potente. Fazia o carro quase planar. Vejam como ele patinava nas curvas com maestria. Uma vez vi um especialista comentar sobre esse jeito do Senna pilotar e ele resumiu dizendo que era dom. Coisa dada por Deus. Parabéns pelo Vídeo.

E ele ainda não tinha experiência de campeão. Nego fala que 93 foi o melhor ano dele, mas aí ele já tinha toda da bagagem de um tricampeonato conquistado. Em 88 ele ainda era meio cru pra briga por título, tanto que cometeu alguns erros (Brasil, Mônaco e Itália). Mas os acertos se sobressaíram demais.

Motor V6 turbo o mais potente motor usado na F1, essa belezura foi usada até 1988. Esse motor era uma fera indomável.

Nada de dom, o proprio ayrton fazia questao de dizer que tudo era muito treino, muita determinacao e vontade de ser o melhor. Quando chovia e Todo mundo ia pra casa ele ia pro circuito treinar, quando acabava o treino e Todo mundo ia pras festa ele ia pros boxes ler dezenas de paginas de dados de telemetria. Isso era dito pelos proprios japoneses da Honda.

​@@ferrarisla Mclaren MP4/4 de 1988, do primeiro titulo mundial do Senna era V6 turbo, e totalizava absurdos 1200HP de potência....450HP a mais do que os ridiculos V6turbos com som de aspirador de pó da F-1 de hoje...a FIA conseguiu detonar a essencia da F1, o ronco do motor....

I prefer the MP4/8 except the engine. A turbo engine is better than an atmospheric one.

A F1 era um outro esporte, praticado somente pelos melhores e entre esses, existia uma Lenda (AYRTON SENNA DA SILVA)...não preciso dizer mais nada, fica a saudade e a gratidão por nos ensinar a ter orgulho de ser brasileiro...e mesmo assim nos tornamos piores.

Unbelievable I watch it over and over. It captures Ayrton succinctly. Some captions during Ayrton's narration would be great. His voice is lost in the mix at times.
