As the son of a Brazilian and a person living in Brazil, I can say that this is fine, he died almost 30 years ago and even though it's a shame it happened, we have to move on and it's a neat homage to him anyways

Well this episode it's also something to honor him, it could be a sensitive topic but not for everyone. Looking back at that weekend I think the race should have been canceled; after what happened to Barrichello and Ratzenberger nobody give a damn about racing.

this was a great idea for paying respects man we all know you won't do such a thing to irritate people, but i read the title as first ever so i was so confused had to check Senna's stats even before checking topic for the 2nd time

This is in my opinion a great honor for one of the best F1 drivers ever to race. Thank you very much, I absolutely love your videos, you are probably my favourite F1 content creator.

This gave me goose bumps, for real. I watched his death live on TV, and I was really shocked. He was my favority driver next to Michael. But I'm glad that you showed us this video. I think it honors Senna, and that's a great thing.^^

It’s crazy how we talk about senna and ratzenberger but nobody mentions the signs were already there when barrichello had his massive shunt in Friday practice

It was a tragic weekend , the drivers were all unhappy with the cars . Senna himself was struggling with his car prior to Qualifying . He should have not raced 😢

Decent lap mate with the car, it can be such a handful driving the 94 cars. I got to within a tenth of Senna's laptime with the ACFL cars years ago. Only problem that I have now is trying to recreate the set-up given that I accidentally deleted the set-up when my assetto corsa game corrupted.... fml

Senna and Hamilton top the charts as the two unbeatables. Very fitting. Rest in peace Senna, you were taken from us far too soon but you also saved so many from the same fate

I remember spending a whole day beating this time myself a couple years ago did it and then went even faster and sadly my file has been corrupted so I can’t relive that feeling I got when I beat it

Also try the ACFL 1994 season mod, I did every pole lap from the 94 season in those cars and got a 1:22.4 I think from memory in their car

It was a different time, the deaths of Senna and Ratzenberger is what kicked things into motion to make the changes that had been needed for years at that point. Introducing the higher cockpit sides from 1996 was a big step forward imo.

Senna and Berger went to look at it some time prior. Options were limited to improve due to the river behind it. Gravel at that speed would be arguably more nasty and a tire wall could ultimately cause the same kind of fatal injury.
