Olivier Guillard had an oil leak from his Fondamental-Ford during the Qualifying for the French GP in 1991.
Senna who was the first to travel the slimy surface spun out while exiting the last corner. Anyway, Senna managed to start from P3 the following day.

Unique emotions by reviewing these images
i enjoyed watching senna... especially when he crashed..but i felt terrible after his last one.. i knew it was serious.. wasn't moving in the car.. ouch
