I'm just 16 nd in depression... it's awkward for adults but it's reality of this generation.. now days teenagers are suffering from anxiety, depression, trust issues nd many more.... nd no one understand that just becoz we don't show that but becoz of behavior they always blame us... idk why they don't think a little abt this that there child, bst frnd, or whatever would be suffering from something or just ones ask them what hpn or something like that before blaming us... in the end those teenagers end up thinking that suicide is better or just die becoz of depression 🥴🥀

Same here but suicide is not a solution Some times I thought suicide is the solution but at another hand i feel there is some energy which stops me to do that, hence it is only that any problem any terrible sufferings are not permanent so , so we have to take stand against any kind of horrible situation Jay shree ram 🙏
