Instant dose are not up to taste.. fermentation of Urdu dal and rice batter gives you best quality of dose..

The food looks amazing

He did not add salt and when the quantity of rice flour is more than rava, then it is called as Rice flour dosa not rava. I am from chennai. Guys, I am telling you, the correct proportion for home made rava dosa is 3: 1 (rava: rice flour). These guys add more rice flour because they dont want the dosa to break anywhere as they are running the hotel. The taste wont be good . It will be extremely hard when it gets cold. Please try the ratio which I mentioned here. That will be nice.

Actually he cut all the crispy edges(the tasty part) of rava dosa nd for all the guys in comments session no one in South do make rava dosa like this I'm from TN we(home,hotel,street shop) use utensils to pour the batter on tava nd the main important ingredient black pepper is missing in it. a lot of food waste

We don't use black pepper and in some areas the dosa batter is sprinkled in this way for that dosa texture

black pepper is not required. but he missed salt. he was mostly nervous due to the camera

If I'm not wrong, I believe it is called dosha in Kerala. In Karnataka, it is called dosé while Tamilians refer to it as dosai. Bottom line that I wanted to highlight originally, was the soft "d" sound
