I love Ingenious, so much so I had to hunt down a copy with the plastic tiles because at the point when I first played the game, the easily available version was a mass-market version with cardboard tiles. Finally got one and it's one of the better abstracts I own. I'd give this a shot, but I still am happy to just stick with Ingenious as well.
The extra bag is such a great idea! I added one to my Azul game to make it easier to draw new tiles when one bag runs out; it really should have come with two rather than using the box cover as a game component.
The pyramid wrinkle is interesting, but not a big fan of it only having the five colors. Six colors makes it more difficult to keep all of them high. I'm sticking with my beloved Ingenious (which also has a really good app).
I wish they'd come up with a (sixsided) Pyramid expansion for Ingenious.
Do you like it better than ingenious?
