Hey mate, thanks for stopping in. These little things are very addictive. Remember, when you get your deadbolt, most of the aftermarket parts are for yours. You picked the right rig, for sure. Cheers.

Thanks. Yeah but I just assume because it is a newer chassis. From my parts research, looks like the jeep and c10 are the same and the deadbolt is different. Thanks for watching

Upgrades look good, I got the HR shocks and it comes with 2 different springs, they work pretty good, I got 3K diff oil in them 👍

Hey Fern. Awesome! Someone has the shocks...how do they perform? Is 3k the only weight you have tried? Have you done the shock tower mounts? Wondering about how it brings the shocks back at the top?

Basically the two different shocks let's you choose between droop or no droop so yeah it will lift the truck if that's what you decide, I'm going for lower center of gravity and I've only tried the 3k weight diff oil, so far so good, that was HR recommendation.

The Hot racing shocks come with two sets of springs. One set is soft like stock springs, and the others are stiffer. You will be able to bring the stance up. Just remember to add a drop of some thick gear oil in them👍

You still need those shock spacers I can look at your socks they hit the screws that mount the hangers and they look smoother and operate smoother with those spacers between the ball studs like I did

I will try the spacers out. I read your comment and instantly picked up the truck to see the fake shock res hitting the screw. Snipped those fake res off and it is so much better. Thanks so much. Hoping the HR shocks are much better.

@@BuyitBreakitFixit I like it's less top-heavy I used to run my 1/10 rigs like that to you how's it's cons and Pros to it

Great video man. 👍 bumper and Mount is pretty cool. 👌 but all your doing is adding needless weight up high with the esc tray. Leaning the front shocks will make them off load way easy while climbing flipping it. Idk if you know but the skid snags on everything like a anchor same as the metal axles to. Yes the frame on the deadbolt frame site different I have both. 😄

Thanks man. Yeah, I realize about the weight, we will see how it does. I figured out that after I install the Reefs 99 servo and horn, there should be enough room for the mount to clear. Appreciate the advice. I hope it doesn't just roll down the first hill attempted. Hahahaha

Buy it Break it Fix it no problem. For sure let us know if that skid really snags bad. I have not tried it but had several tell me it does. You definitely gonna get some more flex up front for sure! I heard hr scx24 shocks have gotten allot better then the first run now to!

If you like hot racing i will post my Axial ScX10ii all parts in. Starting thinking was cheap like my micro T or my team associated, and i was very wrong! I pass the $2,800. Am almost done . Now upgraded the body. Using now wrangler hard body.

Kinda bummed with that ESC mount height. Looks a couple mm higher then stock where I think it could've been designed to be a couple mm lower then stock. I was really hoping this upgrade would lower some some cg

Yeah, I just looked at my 2. The stock one is probably 1-3mm lower than the hr one. So if going low is important, might want to save your money on this extra.
