Oh Finn, hearing you say my name, made your ME/CFS Sister and adoring friend so very thrilled. I am impressed with how you and Chris really personalized the entire Camper. The moon chairs are great. What a great place for Pip to run free. If I were you I think you'll get a lot more running from him if you take off that yellow leash. Just a suggestion. I hope he is a good dog and comes to you when you call him so he doesn't run off anywhere. But that's a beautiful space to really let him run and get that energy going and run and get the Zoomies and all of that good doggy stuff. You know. As you already know I went around America for many many many years in a motorhome The motorhome was 25 ft which is considered a medium size on the smaller size maybe. But it was like a little home you could stand in it walk all around in it take a shower everything, microwave what have you. But I had to stop it just became too much and as the ME CFS got worse I noticed I just couldn't travel, I couldn't, you know tear things down and put them back up and the whole thing So I had to stop my travels. I was no longer a nomad. But I did stay living in my motorhome and as you know I told you you may not remember I crunched the back end of my motorhome by thinking I was in drive and putting the pedal to the metal to get up a little hill and instead I reversed and bash boom the whole rear end came inside. So it was totaled and I couldn't continue driving it and now I'm living in an independent home for women. It's been a very traumatic experience I have been experiencing elder abuse not physically but mentally they're telling lies about me I just can't believe these kind of things happen everywhere even in a Christian organization as this is You know. I think one of the most important things when you have our illness is how deeply Stress or fighting for a cause will kill you. I mean as these people the staff the head staff were telling lies about me I was attempting to try to right every wrong and bring justice to every injustice but one thing that is amazing here is that I have a chaplain and my chaplain is so amazing. She's a wonderful human and she suffers from complex PTSD like I do and she's helping me understand and it's the same with what you suffer from physically and what I do too. we have to watch that we do not get ourselves in the state of stress overwhelm fighting fights that don't really matter in the long run because we'll be dead by trying to fix things. for me the only way I can get through it is by giving it to God and thank God you take care of this because I need to take care of my health and my mental health. You know then I wonder do you suffer from any kind of mental illnesses such as depression PTSD complex PTSD anything like that? You have mentioned mental health issues before but you never shared with me what you had going on. For me I'm so bummed because I have severe treatment resistant depression and I have the complex PTSD which is so difficult My brain is literally not wired or even looks like a neurotypical brain and I know how much you've been through and I just want to know how has your mental health been right now? I've called many legal places free legal places where I know my rights I've called adult protective services who handles elder abuse but I have to take it very slow or I'll get overwhelmed and that will be the end of me. I want to talk to you about showers baby, you know there's something about taking a shower when you're so freaking ill with this illness we have I went three months 3 months without a proper shower. Yes I use baby wipes I put even a little pure soap on it and then I rinse with the wipes so I do like a private area now and then you know, legs and arms but going into a shower my longest has been 3 months. Don't feel bad it is a draining situation. Anyways I love your whole setup it's so cute and has so much character it's amazing it really is. And I'm so happy to see you out there just take it all in my friend take it all in. I'm going to take my pup right now to play some ball and what you might want to think about getting it's called a chuckit. and it has a launcher and you put a nice rubber bounce ball in the end of the launcher and you can throw that ball for pip so far,that's what it's for and it doesn't hurt your shoulder. That will help Chris's shoulder a lot. Anyways, my friend I love you and here is how you pronounce my name, kaveeta Daava, phonically. I call What you and Chris do glamping. Because yes you're camping but you got a little bit of that glamor that makes it sweet. Hey lovely! I thought youd be pleased to hear your name 😁. We are really getting there with his caravan aren't we! These tub chairs are so comfortable! Even Pip loves them! We loved having the secure field for Pip, his yellow leash is his training line, its extra long and we leave it on when we aren't sure if its safe, so we can grab him if we need, as his recall is still needing work! It doesn't stop him running, trust me! But we did take it off once we double checked he couldn't get out of the field! I bet you really miss your motor home, it sounds amazing, I bet you have some stories to tell! It must be really hard now having to stay still, Im sorry to hear you are experiencing such difficult things in this new place. I hope you have a point of contact to advocate on your behalf? In terms of mental health, yes I have many ongoing issues that still need help unravelling, stemming back from childhood. I recently had some EMDR for childhood trauma that I'm yet to make a video about and I'm waiting for some psychotherapy to work with what that has brought up. its got worse since I became physically unwell, which is unsurprising really. This man of mine, my gorgeous pup and this caravan, really does help! Finding joy where we can s so important isnt it! And yes, it really is glamping! Sending you a ton of love from us three! xx
