My favorite, is silky soup. No other chicken has that wonderful flavor and lens itself so sweetly. I find it so comforting. When I was younger, once a month I’d make a large pot. It was exactly what the doctor ordered, far better than any medication. I bet those chickens, were raised right. Not the flavorless fat breasted chickens in the United States. wow, it makes me so hungry. Someday, I will be making a trip. But first I must lose weight, at least 25 pounds, because when I come back to my home I’ll be about 25 pounds heavier.
