Okapi is a German company, the older ones were made in Germany now made in South Africa. It has a interesting history.
Can't beat those Kentuckians! Lol. Some great gifts there, brother!
I don't know near as much on knifes as you do but know about metal polish. Never dull, flitz and several brands metal polish. The trick is the harder and the longer you rub metal, brass or whatever you are working on the more shine you get. The blacker the rag you use the more mirror finish. You know you getting it when you feel rag getting warm. Try it and thank me later. Also, a newer metal polish called White Diamond metal polish is really good. Walmart now carries it and around $20 for a 12oz bottle. It is as good as the intimidator polish from a few years ago. Have a good one man!
Another great video. I look forward to watching your videos. There's just something about them that draws me to them daily, you got a good thing going. Keepem comin and thank you for your military service.

Only fishing knife I have is a western Bolder Colorado in excilent shape, it has a hook sharpening stone on the side with a yellow cynthetic scales.
okapi type knives are manufactured in many European countries, it is a very common knife in Spain France Germany Italy throughout the Balkans etc! we can't really give them a country of birth but they have existed for centuries
You have some amazing subscribers Kevin. Those were some very nice gifts!
