Measurements! Measure the equal left-to-right distance for placement of the hooks to match the step; measure the hooks for pulleys from the bottom step of the ladder to where you want the pulley hooks to be; keep the rope on the ladder's rung in the middle, and make sure where you tie off the rope can bear the pull and weight. Oh, and use a tie-off cleat; it sticks out less and is safer.

Like your take on things, but why two pulleys up top on one end? There is no increase in mechanical advantage. Please clarify.

Thank you! I only did that to get the rope off to the side of the ladder so I didn’t take up wall space for future storage. :)

Great workout ladder!!! ;) or if you film it upside down you can do handstand walking on a ladder!

Jedidiah Shultz Irish Craftsman as a general contractor of 22 years I have a blast watching people who know nothing attempt to do stuff like this. It’s very rare I find something and say “ well damn now that’s a great idea” but your videos are all great. Highly recommend to anyone looking to do any of these projects. That being said I just ordered a inflatable booth from China lol. I simply have to much to do to bother with anything small.
