the prettiest, smartest woodworker i recently met in youtube is you! Subscribed till death! Wish you all of the best in health and in tools to come your shop.
The joy you have for your project is obvious when you flipped the switch the first time. Great job keep it up.
Great Idea Linn - I see where some curves and an adjustable head could really open up some design possibilities. Thanks for the inspiration
Clean & elegant design. Nice job!
This light is sweeeeet! Nice power rails, clean looking and effective.
Safety glasses while soldering and a new iron. Addresses my two concerns from previous soldering projects. Very nice. Great lamp BTW. Inspires me to build my own. Thank you. Regards, Dave K
Love simple elegant designs.
I love your work Darbin. Good job.
You are just great explaining your project. Thanks for the inspiration. Those LED stripes seem to be very versatile.
This is really cool. Thanks for sharing your projects.
That is so cool and looks easy to do, I love the LED lights so much more than the florescent since they use less electricity.
Such simple and elegant design. Loved it.
amazing project idea, cost effective and overall looks really good. Thanks for sharing this as it has helped me to understand more of how things work
Why not use the bandsaw for resawing? That Laguna works great with their Resaw King blade. I own that same bandsaw, love it! Very cool lamp!
Simple and beautiful. Thanks for sharing this project.
You seem like a very selfless, giving and caring type of person, awesome work :)

Great work. Always and inspiration to watch your videos and work. I like that you mix electric and electronics to wood work. Greetings from Chile.
Great design , I love your method for wiring the LEDs , very smart . Very clear concise videos , thanks for sharing

Cool Project. I had made one of these but it was a bit big and bulky. Very cool for my study. I did buy another Lumiy Lightline 1250 LED desk lamp. Very compact and bright.
Just going to throw my two cents in here! I made some pretty big versions of these for lighting our videos. When soldering on many rows of LED strips I found it much easier not to precut short wires. I found soldering to the strip, then the main wire, then cutting it was a lot easier and way less fiddly -R
love your work .. good job
Thxs once again. U dont only look+sound nice but u also do very nice projects!

Really cool! You nailed it! Though i would have loved the remote on top. Keep it up! U r wonderful.
Darbin, u awesome! I'm from Brazil and I fell on your channel through Pinterest, and I can't stop watching! I'm already buying the materials to make this desk light and a lot of other cool things from your channel! My dad plays some electronic stuff, but I've never been much interested. Watching your channel, I wanted to learn more about it and also to plan and do my own projects. Congrats!
I love the elegance of this design, modern electronics and organic materials. You've given me some new project ideas... :)

+SparrowHawk183 That's great to hear, thanks for watching :)
Magnifique ! Many great projects, very interested by this one and the desktop air purifer! Good continuation from France.
I love that soldering station
I felt the same when I switched to a temp controlled soldering station from a regular 240v iron. Also when I switched to using the brass 'wool' type tip cleaner rather than a damp sponge (although i still keep a damp sponge still for wiping off too)
Pretty Cool Lamp
It turned out very well. I like the upward angle the top piece. Thanks for sharing.

Wow, Darbin, beside to be a witty person, you are beautiful!!!. Thank you for share this project. I liked it!!!
Great project!
Excellent work, now all you have to do is route out the base and add an Arduino Nano and an HC-06 and then you can use your phone instead of a another wandering remote then you could also use addressable RGBs, flash to music...the fun never ends, love all your vids.
Very cool idea, well executed!!
Thanks for sharing. Great weekend project.

+SilverHunter2013 Thanks, I agree, this would be a perfect weekend project.
Great job. Love your voice.
Very innovative. I really appreciate sharing your ideas with the DIY community. About this particular project, I would suggest covering the led terminals and wiring to improve user experience and safety. Although it's merely 12 V DC, there is a chance for a short-circuit. Also, concealing the wires at the back with a thin sheet of wood of the same texture would be nice to have.
Nice project. Thank you for showing.

This is great! I like the joinery! It's a surprising design since it looks like it's gonna lit itself instead of the table because of the angle, but those LEDs really spread the light. Moonwalk light, very cool!

+Cactus! workshop I know, it's kind of surprising. The light spreads quite far around and illuminates the wood too.
Nice lamp. I will adapt this. I expected you to make a fillet to conceal the wire down the back of the vertical panel. I might do that. Thanks for sharing.
I like the exposed wiring and LED strips. I think id have just recessed them a tiny bit. Other than that I may make my own I like the style of this.
The only change I make is use transparent cables, with the copper inside looks some retro!! great job! Regards from Colombia
That's a very beautiful light. You are a talented person and I enjoy your videos.
