Just a friendly reminder, don’t assume that a noncontrolled airport is vacant if no other aircraft are talking on the advisory frequency. Thats where a mid air collision is most likely due to occur as other pilots are not required to use it. Awesome video!

Hey Steve, thanks so much for posting these videos. I got my private ticket in 1984 along with Instrument and commercial the following year. I also owned a Piper Dakota PA-28/235 and you are right, I would have killed for the avionics you have today. I had a 3M Storm Scope on board and thought that was hot stuff back then. I did a lot of charter work out of THV (Thomasville, PA) and flew check runs for the banks as well (that’s when we delivered uncanceled checks to the bank clearing houses for processing). Thanks again for posting, I am reliving my youth through your videos. Roy

Green Turtle Cay was my dad’s favorite place on earth, back in the 80’s. He never ate seafood until going there and learned about conch real quick ! Been watching your videos for a couple years now, was going to comment early on about how I've got family on Green Turtle and flying into Treasure Cay is far easier to get to the island than the usual Marsh Harbour Airport and 45min taxi ride to the ferry. Glad I watched through though to see my mom and that you went fishing with her husband Capt. Rick. Keep up the awesome videos.

Everything I’ve read about fly fishing for Bonefish says it’s very difficult. Factor in the wind you guys said you had and one six-pounder sounds like a successful day! I’m looking forward to the day when I can afford trips like this. I told my wife at the beginning of the video that we need to get a plane so we can take trips to the Bahamas because every video I’ve ever seen of someone flying there in their own airplane looks awesome!

I would be a little concerned that the gray might be difficult for other pilots to see in flight under certain conditions. I would prefer a yellow or red airplane myself.
