    Great, inexpensive way to set multiple traps in Malls, Supermarkets, and other buildings where birds have flown inside. This can save them from starving to death or dehydrating to death on the inside of a building. Thank you!!

    They're invasive sparrows. Non native to north America and legal to kill. They kill NATIVE bluebirds, tree swallows and other cavity nesting birds.

    These are NOT local songbirds. They are invasive species in North America. You should not release them after you trap them as they kill actual local songbirds

    That's because every bird that didn't thought something was up got trapped. It's how evolution works, if you apply strong pressure then the species rapidly acquires ability to cope with it.

    Even still. this isn't the way to do it.The problem is obvious immediately. The bottle snaps shut. Scares the bird and the bird flies full speed to the exit. This could easily lead To injury

Plus birds bones while strong in the longitudinal plane... Anything from any other angle will snap it like a twig ... Either way... There are better traps than this shit bottle trap.

    I like all the three traps. But number one has an advantage : you don't need to wait until the sparrow hits the "trigger" bait. I think I understand the reason to build these traps. It's a challenge to catch the birds and release them after. Excellent job!

    No se para que cojones hay que hacer trampas o enseñar a la gente a que haga este tipo de cosas, no sera mas bonito ver a los pajaros volando y libres que encerrados en una puta jaula, que al final del video los suelta perfecto, pero que no es necesario todo esto, compras una casita de madera para pajaros la montas en tu ventana, arbol, balcon etc..., pones agua y comida y con suerte podras ver los pajaros de cerca, tendran un hogar y seran libres, eso si que es un buen plan...

    And i love how on the 3rd trap the bird went all around to see if there was a better way to get at the food. Its funny how FOOD is always used for trapping any animals. The one thing that we all need.

    They are so cautious, and very observant too which is hard to tell with their erratic head movements. I really like the way one of them kept looking back at the bottle mechanism as it inched deeper inside.

    it's almost like they acknowledge the danger but their hunger betray them all the time except for some of them who turn right back and don't go inside, some research needs to be done about this particular bird who reject the trap completely and go away to keep looking for food somewhere else.

    I believe those are sparrows, they are an abundance of them across the world; therefore they aren’t “very few of them”, there are a lot. On the other hand other species of birds have a low population

    Wait what? Very few? Where do you live? Sparrows is everywhere here. Everyday I saw sparrows on my roof, on my tree, my front yard, my backyard. And hunderds more when I go out from my house. Everyday. Instead they are pest for every farmers in South East Asia. But no one would hunt them, because they are priceless. They have no predator either, because there is no more eagle, falcon, snake etc. here. The only threat for them, is only cats. 🐱

    Nathan Robertson These aren't English Sparrows. They are Eurasian Tree Sparrows. There is a small population of them in the US, located almost exclusively to the city of St. Louis. They're definitely not as aggressive though, as they haven't expanded their range since they were transplanted there.

    🤣🤣🤣🤣 no, they are not. At least not in America. Especially since House Sparrows are not native to America. It is legal to trap and kill them. It is legal to remove their nests, eggs, and babies to dispatch. Why? Because they kill the native birds of America, like bluebirds, tree swallows, purple martins, etc.

    I used to have two baby sparrow they couldn't take care of them self's so we brought them in and a month later we wanted to release them but they didn't want to go but than i brought them back but they were acting weird later that night one was one the foor and still alive but than it died in my hands I had depression for a few days this present day I made them a promise "I will always keep you in my heart" when they came my life went happy to happiness I still cry when I think of them I will keep the promise I made this is no joke pls always remember "birds don't belong in your house they belong in nature" how would you feel if you were takened away from your home that's how birds feel #savetgeaninals please we need to do something to stop bad people who just sell pets for money we can do this together recycle take care of the planet remember "birds are not happy in your home they belong in nature* remember this guy's save the animals.

    ok so im not the only who thinks that the man makes these videos for views, we won't need to catch sparrows for food in the future, there are a lot of bigger animals to hunt for i think. he uses the same animals, he keeps them and for videos he lets them go outside for trapping them, it feels so wrong. its just a hypothesis but something isn't right about this channel, just as the fake animal rescue ones.

    Where were the traps set? Park centre? Like a bit more specific if anyone would. I do traps like these and with good baits, got some birds on the trees small and big and none ever come in. And you just record them like it took you 2 hours for it all which is fast.
