I had a skoda laura from 2006 and I admire this Czech build. Used to boast about this car in front of everyone saying " Only me other than the service guys know the ins and outs". Today I take my words back. I even saw many of them remapping this machine. But first time here I'm watching someone converting it into a AWD. You made to me take a decision on buying a laura again for this kind of build. Kudos to you and your team. All the best for the further progress.

The oil used right now was used to flush purposes, new high quality oil, both for the engine and gearbox have been purchased

There’s a tool called VCP, with VCP you can tweak these things, not even VCDS can do it

Hey, great job on the Laura. I see you always reference OEM mounts and wiring runs, could you tell me where you got up to date service manuals for your cars? Have you purchased access to ErWin? I am having an intermittent fault with the boot light, and having the current flow diagram would be very beneficial. But the only resource which is up to date looks like ErWin, so would like to know if it’s useful. TIA

Buy a diesel 4x4 yeti, swap the entire drivetrain over with ABS. And done! Nothing else needs to be changed

Hello Prerak. Inspiring project that you and your friends have taken on. I was wondering if you can help out a fellow car enthusiast. I have a 2016 Skoda Octavia which has a rain and light sensor fault - No communication. I bought another used sensor but the fault remains the same. If I send you both the sensors, can you try them out in your car and tell me if they work? I have already checked +12V and ground connections. They are ok. I was not able to check the LINBUS connection because i could not get the 73 pin BCM connector to open. Its besides the glovebox and its a very tight fit!

What is difference betn making engine mods on tsi polo and mpi polo. ihad listen lot of times that making mpi stage 1,2 is worthless interms of tsi, I have 1.2mpi should I upgrade it to stage 1,2

It’s true, it’s not that fruitful to stage 2 tune a non turbo less power NA vehicle, in terms of power difference. You will feel it, but it will not as much difference as a turbo vehicle will have

You’ll need to make a custom one like I did, or get an AWD DQ250 out of a Škoda kodiaq, Tiguan which are AWD compatible

Hello, l've been following your videos for quite a long time. I want to ask for help or you can call it an expert opinion. I have a polo 1.5 tdi and the Adjusters on the AC vents have broken on all the vents. Can you please suggest where can i get just the vents as one of the vent has broken down as well and i just gotta change the vent. Asked at the service centre, they only provide the entire assembly not just the spare. Please help. Thank you

Realistically, modification of any kind is illegal, but because none of this reflects on the RC, these drivetrain swaps alone won’t raise a red flag
